❀️‍πŸ”₯ Proud to share an exciting collaboration coming together at the Barunga Festival 2026, strengthening the way First Nations stories, sport, and culture are shared across community and broadcast platforms.

This year’s partnership brings together a powerful group of organisations working with a shared purpose:

πŸŽ₯Training and capability development through Batchelor Institute of Indigenous Tertiary Education RTO 0383 supporting skills growth and pathways for local media talent. Thanks crew πŸŽ₯

πŸŽ™οΈ Commentary support from Teabba - Top End Aboriginal Bush Broadcasting Association, helping bring live coverage, voices, and storytelling from community events to wider audiences. You're deadly πŸ–€ πŸ’› ❀️

🀝🏽 An innovative partnership with Anglicare NT enabling stronger community engagement and support around media delivery and participation. This allowed Tangentyere Council's Step Up Respect campaign and TEAABA's promotional campaign to be broadcast to the Barunga audience and audiences at home. πŸ™πŸ½

Together, this collaboration was about strengthening connection, visibility, and pride ✊🏽

It’s a strong example of what happens when training, community media, and service organisations work together with a shared commitment to First Nations-led storytelling and opportunity.

So cool...
