I'm Kristine Celliers, and I'm a Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach with a background in Naturopathy. I have spent the last 18+ years transforming my own life, the life of my family and that of people around the world through simple health and lifestyle changes using real whole-food as medicine. My health has not always been that of thriving wellness. I spent most of my 20's sick, exhausted and fatigued with endless gut health issues. I was forever bloated, struggled with my weight and even while having access to "all the supplements" as a Student Naturopath I could not get myself to 100% thriving until I implemented the steps that now makes up The Eat Laugh Thrive for Life program. I transformed my life, and now my passion is to see you transform yours.

How do you spend the last day of your holidays? 🫠

Kids: “The Big Banana Fun Park!” 🤩

Adults: “Cookidoo meal planning, adding each meal to shopping list as going along, ticking off what we know we already have… then copy paste remaining shopping list to Coles app for super fast online shopping ordered for delivery as soon as we’re back home!” ✅

I love taking my Thermomix with us when we go away! It’s so easy to quickly make delicious healthy food to fuel the family, saving both our health and bank account. 💚💸

Last night we made beef tacos and guacamole - delicious and simple! Best part, everything goes in the dishwasher at the end and pretty much no hands on cooking was required. 🙌🏻

Just prepack your spice mixes before you go, and you’re set. We did the same with butter chicken the other day too. Although too busy eating to take a photo! 🤣

Totally not food or Thermomix related… or maybe just a little as I’m totally giving credit to the amazing food we have at home for fuelling this little champion! 😉
(check out that bowl or perfectly cooked eggs with avocado for breakfast!)

Living my best life through my youngest boys achievements this week. He had his target set at top 6 in nationals cross country and gave it all to secure 4th place for 10year old boys - and 1st accross for QLD! 🏃🏻‍♂️ 🇦🇺

With an amazing time, and another 3 QLD boys in top ten, he’s come home with silver medal 🥈 for Team individual race times.

We are so extremely proud of him! 💚

Oh Sydney! It’s been MANY years since my last visit! 💚

I’m not a big city girl, but with a view like this I think we’ll be quite ok for the week.
