Good morning! ☕️

We had a chat at yesterday’s demo about making coffee in the Thermomix, and how making your own instead of grabbing a takeaway can save you enough money to pretty much pay off your Thermomix purchase in a year! 🤯

Hubby and I have a little morning coffee ritual where we start our day outside, together, with a cup of our creamy dairy-free coffee with gelatin and coconut oil before we dive into the crazy-busy day ahead.

It’s such a simple thing, but I love having that little bit of quiet time together before the day gets going. 💚

And how gorgeous are these mugs from Once A Day Co. that I’ve just received? I love that they have a beautiful new message waiting through the QR code each morning.

Another little thing to pause, reflect on together and start the day with intention.

We had so much fun at today’s demo! As always I forgot to get photos while we’re cooking. 🫠

The veloute meal did a great comeback after all these years “retired”, fruity dream was loved by all and hubby did an amazing job rocking the pizza oven. You totally missed out if you weren’t here! 😉

Mr 14 was upset cause most of the dip was gone, so he’s now pulled out the ingredients to make another batch for home self.

And look who came to join us at the end! 🦅

🍨 Fruity Dream (Ice cream)
🫑 capsicum & sundried tomato dip
🍕 Gluten free pizza bases (and yes - we’re firing up the pizza oven)
🍲 Chicken veloute meal (all in one leek and potato soup AND chicken with vegetable ribbons and a delicious veloute sauce)

Yes, we’ll be using the Cutter+ for the vegetable ribbons.

Hello my fellow coeliac and gluten free families! 🙋🏻‍♀️

I’m curious… because I haven’t bought gluten free pre-made products for years. (Thank you Thermomix! 💚)

How much are you spending on gluten free bread, pizza bases and other pre-made products each week? 💸

Now imagine being able to easily make these things yourself with simple ingredients, for a fraction of the cost, while also improving the nutritional value because you’re using real, whole food ingredients.

What would that feel like?

I’ve just pulled 36 delicious, soft gluten free bread rolls out of the oven to stock up the freezer for the next few weeks.

That’s for a family of 4… plus the extras who seem to magically appear at mealtimes. 🫠😂

Most of my ingredients are organic and bought in bulk through our co-op, and the Thermomix does all the hard work.

With the cost of living AND the national health crisis we’re facing, this is just one of the little things we do in our family to keep costs down while still eating well.

I’d genuinely love to know…

I call this a total school holiday win! 💚

When the Thermomix is do easy to use the kids can make the batter all on their own and you just need to supervise the cooking of the pullers while you’re working from home. 🙌🏻

Thermomix + Cookidoo guided cooking = Babysitter deluxe! 🤣
