I haven't listened to this one yet but just saw that Eddie shared this one! I am looking forward to hearing it!
The words stage four cancer, coming out of a loved ones mouth does so many things to people. If you are anything like me, it makes you frantically google. “Can you survive stage 4 cancer?” Or “survival stories of stage four cancer”
This is probably what makes me so skeptical of a “cancer coach” vulnerable people will try anything and what an easy customer base? People who will try anything.
You picture someone who doesn’t understand science, breathing over a smoking herb bowl, chanting in tongues, who doesn’t stay in one town for too long.
But then I met Eddie Enever and Eddie is the complete opposite of that.
You see Eddie had been a Naturopath for many years before he has was diagnosed with cancer. In fact at one point he was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. It had metastasized and spread all over the place, including his abdomen and lungs.
And today? Eddie has lived cancer free for years.
He doesn’t claim to be able to cure people, but his knowledge of where to go and what to do to give yourself the best shot is vast.
With a combination of listening to your oncologist, finding the best international treatments and trials available for your particular type of cancer and permanent lifestyle changes.
Eddie’s personal road to recovery is such a fascinating one, I think I’ve retold his story 15 times since we interviewed last Friday.
He gives scary diagnoses a realistic yet hopeful lens.
He was on my very first original list of people I want to interview for this series. I am so grateful he so openly shares his knowledge and personal story on To Be Frank.
Have a listen and all the links to his pages are in the show notes. 💜💜
Let me know what you think ###x
