Regulating your nervous system can be the key to regulating your hormones.
when your hormones are regulated you have a regulated cycle, when your cycle is regular, bam conception can be achieved easier.

Our body’s are not designed to live and work on a 9-5 work basis. This is without trying to conceive a baby, when you ad in conception another potentially stressful situation, this can throw your nervous system out even more.

First step is to limit your stressors, then find your way back to a regulated nervous system state.

Are you letting all of the hard weekday work on the weekends?

Here are some tips on how to make small changes to your weekend to keep your health goals on track.

Starting the day off with a nutrition breakfast not only sets us up for the day but also increases our likelihood of choosing healthy options through the day.

Skipping 1 day of alcohol is not going to kill you.
Did you know that the new generation are less likely to drink alcohol on the weekends than ever before.
Take a note from them and put your health first.

Keeping hydrated.
It is a requirement to drink at least 2.5l of water everyday.
This is bare minimum for your body to function and the detoxification pathways to stay open.
So keep it up over the weekend!

Simple Kitchen Swaps ➡️

We have seen it everywhere.
How microplastics are being found everywhere, even in s***m 🫣
We know how bad it is for us, so do yourself and your family a favour and ditch the plastics.
Containers, chopping boards, cooking items - it’s all got to go!
So the next time some thing breaks, replace it with a good quality glass container.
Or take advantage of the upcoming Boxing Day sales and treat yourself 💁🏼‍♀️

Teflon.
There are more studies than I can list linking this to cancers of all sorts.
The best thing to do is swap it out with a high quality stainless, cast iron or ceramic coated pot/pan set.
I know people complain about the stick, but if you cook properly (heat the pan before adding the food) there there is no stick!
Also, embrace the butter and olive oil too 🌱

I want to share some wins of my clients who have inspired me 🙌🏻

1. A type 2 diabetic completely coming off medications 💊
Achieved through diet & lifestyle adjustments.

2. Reversal of fatty liver disease 🦠
This was picked up early and the client took the time to really work on their alcohol and sugar intake to reverse this too!

3. Weight loss
This is a big one for most of my clients.
