About the Role
As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them discover the best of what we offer. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a creative mindset.

📋Key Responsibilities
✅Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat

✅Identify customer needs and provide tailored product/service recommendations

✅Process orders, respond to queries, and follow up on leads

✅Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction

✅Assist in creating basic graphics and video content for client outreach and marketing

🗒️Requirements

✅Strong verbal and written communication skills

✅Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)

✅Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, iMovie)

✅Reliable, responsive, and proactive work ethic

✅Eagerness to learn and grow within the company

✅Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus

✅Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently
