5 years ago pinapangarap ko lang to, ngayon afford ko na sila.

I used to visit this luxury car showroom in Lavender Bay, Sydney called Classic Throttle Shop. I’d walk in, check out the cars, and just manifest. The last time I was here was five years ago.

Today, I came back. And honestly, I still can’t believe it. I can now afford most of the cars here, including Porsche, Ferrari, and McLaren, in cash.

I didn’t end up buying anything though. I’m still focused on building our property portfolio here in Australia and in the Philippines. But just knowing you can now afford the things you used to only dream about is already more than enough. For now.
