BROADCASTER BATTLE
The broadcasters, producers, commentators, camera operators, and behind-the-scenes crew are the unsung heroes of our racing community.
Week in, week out, they dedicate their time so the rest of us can race, watch, and enjoy professionally presented broadcasts — often without ever getting the chance to jump behind the wheel themselves.
So… it’s time to give back. 👊
🏁 iRace ANZ Chat Show presents the inaugural BROADCASTERS BATTLE 🏁
An event created FOR the broadcaster community.
Broadcasters and broadcaster personnel will battle it out across multiple races, different cars, and different tracks in what should be one of the most entertaining and chaotic events ever put together.
This isn’t about being the fastest.
This is about community, fun, laughs, rivalries, and giving the spotlight to the people normally behind the cameras.
We’ll also be running a few support categories alongside the main event to help make this a proper community showpiece.
And yes — we want to broadcast the entire thing LIVE so everyone can be part of it.
💥 HOWEVER… WE NEED YOUR HELP 💥
We are currently looking for:
🎥 Broadcaster Personnel
If you’re involved in broadcasting, producing, commentating, directing, overlays, camera work, admin, or anything in the broadcast world — we want you involved as drivers.
🎙️ Community Broadcasters
People who mainly do racing, however may have done some broadcasting/commentary work previously (even casually) that would be interested in helping broadcast the event itself.
🛠️ Behind-the-Scenes Support
Anyone willing to help us get this event off the ground — organisation, admin, graphics, race control, coordination, ideas, support roles, whatever it may be.
This is something we want to build WITH the community.
