Still one day to find a copy of this issue in store, including Annemarie’s cover and organic section photographs and three recipes made locally with some of our berries! While the season is still on, make sure to get a copy, especially if they are coming out of your ears as you’ll also find tips for freezing berries for smoothies, make a mixed jam, plus a great idea of delicious cookies using the jam. That’s an excellent collection for berry pickers and lovers that never waste fruits!

Here is some excellent news: not only are we having a superb berry harvest this season, but our blackberries have been photographed and used in the recipes published in December’s ABC Organic Gardener Magazine!

Annemarie, aka "Snowy Foodie" of in Tumbarumba, photographed the berry jam cover, and the pages of Organic Harvest features her photography and recipes. Make sure you get a copy! Her "Forest Berry Jam" is exceptional and a perfect idea for a homemade gift. And if you are you looking for organic berries to make your jams, or some jams, we can help you with that! You might or might not know that Annemarie ( ) had some of her recipes made with local and homegrown produce published in the last two issues of !
In the winter warming latest one, it includes a fabulous dessert that she cooks every winter with some of our organic berries kept in the freezer. To read the article and try the recipe, get a copy of the magazine while it is still in store (until August 2) or order a digital copy anytime.
