Tracy and the Big D are officially retiring from the music Industry, with careers that span 5 decades it’s time to put the focus on the family.

CRS Publicity has been transferred into new owners, the last radio show has been played and the mentoring and judging at Country Music festivals is now in the past.

We would like to thank the fans, they are the backbone of our industry, supporting the festivals, the Artists, purchasing the merchandise, standing in the rain and the blazing sun, you are the spirit of County Music.

Thank you to the artists, promotors and Managers who have allowed access to engage and deliver quality content.

We are still fans, which means we will still be around the traps, just not in a professional capacity. So, we look forward to catching up soon.

Here’s to 2026 and beyond and what lies ahead

Best wishes Tracy and the Big D

Kevin Glanfield - When you lose a Dog

This song was written for my soul mate of 13 years Bella.

Bella was a Catahoula Leopard a hunting dog breed full of life and adventure. We shared a very close bond. She was very loving.

After losing Bella I wrote this song with Allan Caswell as a tribute to Bella and to hopefully help others who have gone through the pain of losing a dog.

Brock County – Akubra Bands

I’m sure most first rodeos don’t go to plan…especially in the relationship arena.

Akubra Bands is written about a short relationship that involved Brock himself while performing out west at rodeo event.
The classic girl in the crowd not being able to take her eye off the lead singer…this progressed into conversation after the show, sharing information on each other’s cattle tags on their Akubra hats, and finished with a kiss that had long lasting memories….for Brock anyway!

BROCK COUNTY (BC) is a country rock band from Sydney Australia, described by many as a high energy band featuring a front man that can handle a crowd. This “Headline” capable act is definitely what you’re looking for if your venue/event want your patrons to remember their night of entertainment. BC performs the best classic country/country rock songs from artists like Treaty Oak Revival, Luke Combs, Zac Brown Band, to name only a few and has a growing selection of original material. BC also are known to throw in the occasional “OZ Rock” classics as well, not to mention the odd old favorite “singalongs” to top o􀆯 the best vibe performance.

Whilst BC is relatively new in its entirety, the band’s portfolio of engagements is growing and with returned performances at venues hosted by Outwest Country Events & the Rylstone Bullarama hosted by the BBA.

BC have several performances locked in for the 2026 Tamworth Country Music Festival and are set to impress all that attend their shows. The balance of seasoned performers, along with some of the best new talent makes this band what it is…BROCK COUNTY! Crowds are always left screaming for more! BROCK COUNTY

Susanna Colley – Bring Me Home

Australian singer-songwriter Susanna Colley releases “Bring Me Home,” the fourth single from her debut album Steel Toes To Stilettos.

The track confronts the urgent and often invisible crisis of missing people, telling a deeply human story through the eyes of those desperately searching for their loved ones. Moving from quiet longing to an impassioned plea, the song calls on anyone who knows something to speak up, offering a voice to families living in uncertainty and grief.

Colley says, “Bring Me Home” was “a very emotionally challenging song to write and record,” acknowledging the weight of its subject matter. She adds that she was “compelled by a sense of survivor’s guilt to be a voice for those who weren’t, for whatever reason, able to put up the physical fight I did that possibly saved my life.”

Having survived an attack in her mid-twenties, Colley channels personal trauma into a powerful artistic mission. With raw vocals and evocative storytelling, “Bring Me Home” stands as a courageous anthem of empathy, resilience, and the unrelenting fight to bring people home.

“Bring Me Home,” was recorded, mixed and mastered by Stuart Stuart of Analog Heart Records.

Ben Walker – Be Different

“My great mistake, the fault for which I can’t forgive myself, is that one day I ceased my obstinate pursuit of my own individuality.” Oscar Wilde.

Drinking wine from plastic cups, with a small tent for shade, Ben Walker and Allan Caswell sat at Narrabeen Lake talking about the joy of people’s differences, how ADHD and Autism can bring light to shade and brilliance to the ordinary, and Ben’s hopes for his own children. What followed that eclectic conversation was “Be Different” – a conversation between Ben and his two son’s about plotting your own path, having courage in your convictions, and perhaps not always listening to your elders!

“Be Different” is the third song released this year from the “Tracking Dog” sessions with producer Rod Motbey. The ballad marks more new territory for Ben with a fresh contemporary sound complemented by Motbey’s production skills, exquisite organ playing from Lee Turner and the always exemplary backing vocals of Glenn Cunningham.

Songwriters: Ben Walker & Allan Caswell
Vocals: Ben Walker; Organ: Lee Turner; All other instrumentation: Rod Motbey
Backing Vocals: Glenn Cunningham
Produced and Mixed – Rod Motbey, Tracking Dog Studios
Mastered: Jeff McCormak

Keily Smith – You Feel Like Home

Keily Smith’s debut song ‘You Feel Like Home’ was written in honour of her husband.

It reflects the sense of belonging with someone or somewhere when you are a home away from home.

Hailing from Northeast England, living and working in Australia for 12 months, before finally settling 14 years ago in the South Island New Zealand. It was on a morning of watching their children playing and her husband pottering in the garage in 2024, that she felt a depth of love, comfort and happiness looking at what they had achieved together.

Keily wrote the song in an hour, claiming the words came so naturally because it was everything I was feeling in that moment.

Victoria McGee & Sisters of Gunsmoke - Cry of a Crocodile

***Available NOW at Radio CRS-DD1218***

Acclaimed Australian country artist Victoria McGee returns with her latest single, “Cry of a Crocodile,” a heartfelt tribute to the late Steve Irwin, honouring his enduring legacy as a beloved wildlife warrior.

What makes this release even more special is that Victoria, a veteran of the Australian country music scene, is joined by her sister LucyLou, a talented singer-songwriter who made her mark performing alongside some of the industry’s biggest names throughout the 1990s. Together, the sisters bring a moving blend of experience, heart, and harmony to the stage.

LucyLou penned “Cry of a Crocodile” by weaving together pieces from several poems she had written over the years about Steve Irwin. The song marks the sisters’ official debut as part of Victoria’s newest project — Sisters of Gunsmoke, featuring Victoria McGee and LucyLou.

The single captures the profound sense of loss felt around the world the day Steve Irwin passed, while celebrating the extraordinary legacy he left behind — one that continues to inspire Australians and wildlife lovers across the globe.
The sisters have received warm support from the Irwin family and Australia Zoo, and in true Irwin spirit, Sisters of Gunsmoke will give back by donating a portion of sales and royalties from “Cry of a Crocodile” to Wildlife Warriors, supporting ongoing wildlife conservation efforts.
The single’s cover artwork features the work of Queensland artist Trish Price, whose passion lies in painting Australian wildlife and landscapes, alongside a much-loved image of Steve Irwin captured by renowned photographer Greg Barrett.
