Never thought I'd be the person to post progress selfies but I am really seeing and feeling the benefits of regular workouts!

When I got this t shirt it was really baggy on me (except around my belly which is finally going)

I still have a lot of days of real heavy body dysmorphia but I am really glad that I am getting more and more days where I feel proud of my achievements

Down from 15 stone 7 (217lbs) to 14 stone 3 (199lbs)
Body fat down from 32% to 19.3%
I have a ways to go but I'm loving the journey
