So there I was… by the pool in Dubai with everyone staring at me during this photoshoot….thinking about how many of us shrink just to make everyone else comfortable. And I thought nah. Not anymore.

We play small because we don’t want to look “too much.”
But guess what? Too much is exactly what makes people look twice.

Here’s the truth:

Yesterday I was behind the lens capturing the magic of the Brazilian Fashion Day at The Hills.

Watching the collections come alive on the runway reminded me why fashion is so much more than clothes; it’s art, culture, courage, and the power to tell our stories without saying a word.

Moments like this remind me that our creativity doesn’t have borders. Our roots, our identity, our vision, they belong on every stage.

I felt so proud to see that mix of Brazilian and Australian artistry shining so brightly.

Congratulations to the Fashion Designers and businesses who were there showing their incredible work. Special thank you to and all the team of volunteers for organising such a beautiful event.

Beyond grateful to be featured in Forbes 40 Under 40 Top Voices in Leadership.

But if you are seeing this post now, what you might not know is how hard it was to get here in an industry full of noise and distractions.

Coming from Brazil, I was unsure of myself, wondering if my voice mattered in a new country that does not always appreciate immigrants. There were many obstacles.

But with consistency, persistence, and by God’s grace, doors I never thought possible have opened.

Thank you, .40 for inviting me and writing such an amazing article about my journey and the launch of my online school .

To everyone who believed in me when even I didn’t…thank you. And to the ones who tried to put me down…thank you. Everything I’ve been through has made me so much better, wiser and stronger.

To anyone carrying a message…keep using your voice. Keep showing up. Keep speaking. Keep believing…One day, what it seems impossible just happens.

These mindsets changed the way I see my brand and business. I went from working 10-hour days as “just another service provider" to"

→ creating one of the biggest movements for Brazilian migrants in Australia.
→ having a flexible schedule, working from home less than 6 hours a day.
→ teaching workshops and courses in my own language.
→ and growing my Instagram from zero to 17K.

All this without any affiliate marketing, selling on Amazon, joining a pyramid scheme, or any of this digital marekting trends you see out there.

What I learnt is that....people don’t buy hours, they buy outcomes, and they pay way more for it. It's all about how you package and not what you do.
