2 Triple B FM is a fantastic little Community Radio station based in the wonderfully diverse and beautiful Bellinger Valley. Our team of dedicated volunteers have been broadcasting a wide range of engaging programmes on 93.3 and 107.3 fm for over 30 years.

This Septembers 2 Triple B Album of the Month is Eyes on the Water, the debut album release by Clarence River Band, a warm, sonically rich country folk sound shaped by stories of people, place and far-off journeys across Australia. The release travels from the Great Dividing Range west of Nymboida to the Coral Sea.

Fronted by singer-songwriter Clarence Playford, who is now based in Kempsey area, the band includes Jodie Kell on lead guitar, Annastasia Lucas on bass and slide guitar, Aidan Bateman on drums and percussion, and Araminta Beroukas on backing vocals. Eyes on the Water was recorded to analogue tape with Alex Bennet at Sound Recordings in Castlemaine and released independently through Monotoca Music.

CRB's music brings a sense of nostalgia steeped in today, a sense of home whilst being on the road, capturing the beautiful of the world and the people amongst it.

Giinagay!

Garlugun Girrwaa (One Mob) is a new show on the 2BBB roster, airing every Friday at 3pm with host Lockie Skinner, recording from beautiful Gumbaynggirr Country.

Garlugun Girrwaa is dedicated to celebrating First Nations voices, culture, community and connection. We’re excited to welcome Lockie back to 2BBB with this new program and to continue supporting First Nations voices, culture and community.

Today we say a big thank you to Peter Cudlipp, who is wrapping up his wonderful programme "Classical For Everyone" after three years on 2BBB FM.

As a volunteer community radio station, 2BBB exists because of people like Peter, who freely give their time to enrich the lives of others. We're incredibly grateful for everything he's contributed over the past three years.

Thank you, Peter, for your dedication, your generosity, and for reminding us that great music is for everyone.

KINDLING – A Mid‑Winter Music Gathering at Bellingen Showground Hall 🌙

For July's Saturday community market, 2 Triple B volunteers braved the early morning chill to welcome everyone at the gates of the Bellingen Community Markets as the community group of the month. It was a fantastic day out and about, meeting so many beautiful people and collecting much‑needed donations to help cover the cost of relocating our transmitter site.

Huge thanks to Paul, Jasmin, Vic, Maf, Seth, Pete Bufo, Pete S, Rohanne, Simon, Rae, Niklas Andreasson (Niklas), James and crew organiser Joe Newton Joe Newton for showing up and sharing the love.

And a big thank you to Bellingen Community Markets for giving us the opportunity to be on the gates and connect with the community.

We’ve got all hands on deck for our transmission tower move!

The 2 Triple B volunteers have been hard at work the last two weekends in Dorrigo, first dismantling the old transmitter site and then getting to work prepping the new site for the temporary transmitter.

Big thank you to Rodney (radio tech extraordinaire), Joe, Pete, Clinton, Kye and Kristen for their work.

The team will continue to roll up sleeves and work to get the new temporary transmitter up over the coming weeks, to get 93.3 FM back broadcasting to the parts of the Plateau and Valleys without signal.
