⁉️ FAQ - Is Aerial dangerous?

There are always risks involved with any physical activity but Aerial is really no more dangerous than any other sport or movement training. Our Instructors take great pride in managing any risks, to keep all students as safe as possible!

We have a structured Curriculum that allows students to progress at a safe pace and focuses on proper technique and injury prevention. Crash mats are used and our equipment is inspected frequently.

Your safety is always our first priority πŸ’™

" My journey started when I was 5, I grew up always doing acrobatics and gymnastics my whole childhood. I had started aerials at a young age but had stopped for a couple of years, I always wanted to get back into aerials but never had the confidence. This year I came to Aerial Evolution and fell back in love with hammock and silks. I have gained so much strength and confidence.
