Sad News incoming.
It is with great sadness to announce, after almost 2.5 years, 140 episodes, 26 million beers and too many laughs to count, that the We Don't Get Out Much Podcast will be coming to close, with our last episode being recorded this Saturday, the 31st of Jan.
While we are never saying never to a return down the track, life has got in the way with working full time, business being ran, kids, families and everything in between that we need to prioritise. We have absolutely loved the time that we have had since starting the podcast back in August 2023 but with all the above mentioned factors, we found ourselves becoming mentally exhausted each week and felt that we weren't able to put in 100% for the listeners and given the focus on mental health that we have had since day 1, putting our own mental health first was important.
We didn't think we would get this far, and we are extremely proud and grateful of how far we come as well as the opportunities that it has presented us... including, thanks to Alpha Events, both Tommy and Bryden being knocked the f**k out for sh*ts and giggles. It also gave us the opportunity to connect with people that we had not connected with in a very long time.
