We also tried this chimichurri jerky earlier in the week and I’ve been unable to miss a day of having a nibble it’s that tasty. Message us if you’d be keen to buy a batch and try this chimichurri flavour.

Jerky day again, we handed out a few samples today for a new flavour and feedback was hugely positive. Chilli orange seems to have a hit a home run. Let us know if you’d be keen to order a batch and give this freshly smoked jerky a try!

Smoked a fresh batch of jerky today, we really appreciate such amazing feedback from people. We like to marinade for 18-24 hours, smoke then finish with a dehydrate for best results. Fresh jerky = best jerky. Albatross BBQ are working on new and different flavours but we want the flavours to be right/unique. So stick with us and we’ll have some new flavours real soon. For now this sweet chilli lime smoked jerky we are offering for $15 a 100g bag, $30 a
250g bag and $60 a 500g bag. All orders are smoked FRESH so will be done when we can promise the quality we want to offer.

We’re knocking up a fresh batch of beef jerky for the Berkeley Vale Soccer Club starlight foundation charity event tomorrow evening at Chittaway oval. This kangaroo jerky is damn delicious. The marinade we use really breaks that roo down, tenderises and packs a punch full of flavour. We highly recommend you give this 1 a try.

If you enjoy cooking your own jerky and in particular like kangaroo jerky you need to try this recipe. Marinading in these ingredients for 24 hrs really help...
