Thanks for having us last night Berkeley Vale Rugby League & Sports Club Inc. It was a great opportunity to fire up our new portable fire table from Smokin Gauchos. Good food, good friends and enjoyment is what it’s all about.

Looking forward to supporting our community rugby league club Berkeley Vale Rugby League & Sports Club Inc.this Friday.

We’ll be smoking up our bacon maple BBQ sauce wings plus our honey jalapeno wings. On top of that smoke up some pulled pork and snags for loaded dogs!

If that’s not enough we are making a fresh batch of our beef jerky. We’ll have our sweet heat, yakiniku, honey jalapeno and sticky BBQ flavours for sale. First come first served!

Chicken spare ribs on the Weber kettle grill are super easy to cook. On special at the moment at Tumbi Meats. We cooked half with our homemade honey jalapeno BBQ rub and half with Tajin. The honey jalapeno was the winner.
