Sorry it's been 11 days since I have posted but life happens.
It has been a busy time in our household....someone has had surgery, we had a weekend getaway, multiple appointments, plus trips to Gladstone and Rockhampton which as we live in a small rural time these trips can take up to 2 hours one way which is very draining mentally and physically.
On a good note hubby finally heard from his neurologist but the downside, no appointment for a telehealth appointment with him until September to find out the results of his lumber punch and what we can expect for the diagnosis.
My appointment in Rockhampton was for a hearing test.
Well that was very disappointing as it turns out I have significant hearing lose in my right ear, so have to wait for an appointment with the Ear Nose and Throat Specialist to findout all the answers to my questions.
Thankfully having a business online means it works by itself when I am not online.

Have you been wondering what this page is about?
Well the answer is quite simple.....
One day I was scrolling on Facebook as we all do, let's be honest 😊 and I saw a picture of a lady in a cowboy hat and the post was about creating financial freedom and improving your life and I thought "YES that is exactly what I need in my life"
I clicked on her profile to see what she was all about....
1. She lived in the same town as me...bonus because I had joined other companies that didn't live in the same State let alone the same country and that I found difficult for working together.
2. She looked like a rural no fuss person
3. She looked like someone I could relate too
4. Wasn't showing all glitz and glamour how income lifestyle.
Well there was details to click on a link which took me to a video to watch and to be honest I had no idea what they were talking about so I googled some more asked more questions when I received a call the lady talked really fast and I had no clue what she was on about....no it wasn't the lady in the picture.
The call was about buying a machine that changed the pH of tap water which you could drink, use for cleaning, disinfecting and sterilization and lots of other uses.
I got off the call and had a good think about how this machine could benefit my family....
1. Stop buying bottled water
2. Stop using chemicals in the home for cleaning
3. Remove chlorine from drinking water and in the shower
4. Clean filtered water to drink
5. Worked out how much we spent each week buying bottled water to drink and make coffee.
6. Reduce plastic bottle waste.
Just to name a few things that I thought was important but seriously the real decider for me was how much I spent buying cartons of bottled water each week but then tried not to waste it or only drink just enough per day to stop me from being hydrated.
Well after doing the calculations on how much we spent on buying bottled water just for drinking for a year I decided investing in this water ioniser filtration machine would pay for itself.
When you buy a water ioniser or shower unit you have the opportunity to receive a Distributor ID which means you can sell these machines to other people simply by sharing your experience whilst using these products.
Doesn't that sound easy enough?
There are many platforms around that you can buy into that will show you how to build your business online to create extra income and financial freedom without taking up precious family time. Well some do not explain that these platforms can cost you anywhere from a daily cost to yearly cost.

I have been quiet since our last trip to Brisbane hubby and I have both been unwell last week we had the tummy bug that was going around then this week we both have sore throats so his doctor requested throat and nasal swabs to find out what we have.
We are both on antibiotics but different types since we saw different doctors on different days. I was not impressed my dr didn't even check my temperature just asked if I had one...well temperatures are a little different for me because I get hot and sweat a lot anyway due to my other medical conditions.
When we had our swabs done the phlebotomist she told us we will get our results via text message so no need to go back to the dr for results.....Wahoo got to love technology.
At least we will know what we are dealing with when the results come back.

Over the past 12 years I have been in public hospitals many many times and had 11 surgeries on my right ankle, had a ICD(pacemaker/defibrillator) put in my chest and open heart surgery.
I have received amazing care from specialists, nurses and other hospital staff.
I am very disappointed with the care my husband has not received by the specialist that is suppose to looking after him while he is in hospital.
We presented at admissions Tuesday midday as was told only to be left sitting waiting for over 4 hours because they did not have a bed available for him to be admitted to.
No for him to get to this hospital we had a 6 hour drive, which means that you either get up at a ridiculous time in the morning to arrive in Brisbane for the midday check in or as we did we travelled down the day before so as not to have to be stressed and hurried with the unexpected along the way.
He was expecting to have his procedure that afternoon, but by the time he got admitted to the ward the specialist was finished for the day.
Wednesday morning comes for his procedure and they were not able to do the procedure so thy had to organise another plan, which he was told about until after 6pm
Hopefully the procedure will be done this morning at 11.30am then he can be discharged.
These trips cost more then just fuel for the car, there is the accommodation plus car packing at the hospital and the accommodation.
We have had to extend our stay at the motel another night because by the time he is discharged today(if he is discharged today) it will be too late to drive home.
Don't get me wrong we are extremely fortunate in Australia that supplies free healthcare in public hospitals and we are extremely grateful but my point is not everyone lives in Brisbane and can just go home after waiting and waiting for scheduled procedures are delayed until days later.
There is also a subsidy called PTSS Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme which will reimburse you a percentage of your travel and accommodation after 90 days of your appointments.....that is great unless you are still waiting for that reimbursement from previous trips, that 90 days sure does stress out.
With all this waiting around it gives me the freedom and ability to work online wherever I am either on my laptop or my phone with my businesses and my courses I am doing so not all of my time is wasted plus I am still able to be present with my wonderful husband.
We just need answers to what is happening with his health so we can know what we are dealing with.
So fingers crossed 🤞and or pray 🙏, the procedure goes ahead this morning.
