Isak Struck born in Västerås, and now lives at Gothenburg, Sweden. Isak’s music leans towards acoustic rock with clever little instrumental fills and close harmonies. His album, "Regn Av Stjärnor" (Rain of Stars), was released on June 12, 2025. It features 8 songs, including "Strykarkatt," "Medicinman," and the title track "Regn av stjärnor." Isak started playing guitar when he was ten and his mother taught him Elisabeth Cottens "Freight train".
"Regn av stjärnor" is his debut album, and was both recorded and mixed on tape!

Regn av Stjärnor is about a fire on a discoteque in Gothenburg in 1998. It speaks about the immediate aftermath and lingering impact of the 1998 Gothenburg discotheque fire. It paints a picture of societal shock and official helplessness along with the profound, individual sense of isolation and disorientation experienced by the young survivors. The lyrics express a deep-seated frustration with the lack of existing support systems for affected youth, leading to an unspoken plea for understanding and an acknowledgment of shattered innocence in the face of such a devastating and inexplicable tragedy. The Thinkers was formed back in October 2022. Troy and Anthony are not new to the Philippine local underground scene.
Troy is the founder and former frontman of Suicidal Genius from 2005 to 2017; he went solo and then formed The Thinkers as a duo for good.
Anthony, on the other hand, has been part of the music industry since 2006, and started playing with his band in Quezon Province as the drummer. He became active in the music scene in the latter part of 2012.
The Thinkers are one of the few bands that prioritize analog recording for all of their tracks. This commitment to analog technology reflects their dedication to preserving warmth and depth and setting them apart in a digital-dominated music industry. The Thinkers represented the Philippines as the second Filipino artist during the Asian Music Day 2024 at Bunka Wave, Colombia.

8.40pm DMT (Did My Time) by Persia Americana (Valencia, Bukidnon)
Inspired by the scientific name for avocado, Persia Americana was founded by Central Mindanao University agriculture students Bryan Fritz Dal, Nelson Abarrientos, Matheron Llido, and Gagaren Cruz. Initially heavily influenced by Red Hot Chili Peppers' funk rock, the band's sound evolved to incorporate alternative, reggae, grunge, rap metal, nu-metal, and heavy metal, which significantly shaped Bryan's original songwriting. After becoming a regular act at Chardy's Bar & Grill in 2004 and gaining recognition as Bukidnon's best reggae band from 2005-2007, Persia Americana endured a period of inactivity and numerous member changes, including 11 drummers, 6 bassists, and 2 lead guitarists.
Now, with sole founding member Bryan Fritz Dal alongside Ange Moralde (lead guitar), Jason Llido (rhythm guitar), Kevin "Donmc Bazzman" Namuag (bass), and Kirtong Kisteria (drums), the band has re-emerged, focusing on original music for their dedicated fanbase.

EMLN, from Lucena City, has emerged as a pivotal force in Quezon's rock and post-hardcore scene. Formed in 2006 by childhood friends Deanmarc Romasanta and Renz Gonzales, along with Marc Von Luigi Argosino during their college years, the band quickly made a name for themselves with electrifying live performances that resonated from Quezon to Manila.
Their name, "EMLN," has a unique origin, symbolizing the people who supported them in times of need. In Latin, it translates to "Peaceful Home." In 2008, the band achieved a major milestone by winning the "Edge Fest Battle of the Bands," which led to the recording of their debut track "Better Now Gone" under Gusi Records in 2010 and the release of their self-titled EP album. Christian Bernard De Chavez joined the band before the album's release, playing a crucial role in shaping its sound.
In 2013, their dynamic live performances earned them a nomination for "Best Live Performance" by Indie Music Philippines. The current band line up is: Florenz Gonsalez – Vocals; Deanmarc Romasanta – Guitar; Marc Von Luigi Argosino – Lead Guitar;

This 58 minute program will present Original Filipino Music from Australia and the rest of the world in Philippine languages in English, Tagalog and Bisaya. Say More Radio Show SWR 99.9 FM promotes unity through music, language, and culture, broadcasting indie Pinoy music from all over the world.

Say More Radio Show supports multiculturalism, and we’d like to keep this program wholesome and enjoyable for all. Respect other people at all times. We’d rather promote peace and harmony. As a passionate gamer, Melody faced challenges when her access to her PC was restricted after she quit her job. This experience inspired Melody to write 'PC' as a means of expressing her emotions and frustrations. With a background in songwriting dating back to when she was 13, she drew inspiration from her personal experiences and emotions. Music has been her outlet for self-expression, particularly in the absence of a strong social support network.
I love the name, Melody. Suitable for a singer/songwriter. We all write based on our own experiences, writing to express, not to impress.
