Watchpost

Watchpost Watchpost is an award-winning Creative Content Agency + Post House in Adelaide, South Australia. From a brand’s perspective, video can be a tricky beast.

Founded and run by Stephen de Villiers, an award winning filmmaker with a passion for service and forging life-long client relationships, Beyond Content is an end-to-end video production agency. We work with Adelaide’s top creatives to produce corporate, commercial and animated video. Audience demand for video is self-evident, but a few questions remain. What kind of video should we make? How much

should we spend? What should we say? Where are we our customers? How do we measure our return? We have over 10 years’ experience in the industry having filmed all over the world on every kind of budget imaginable. We’re at that stage where producing great content is a given and is no longer enough. We are passionate about sharing authentic ideas, about adding meaning to information and about moving an audience at a deeper level. That said, we’re equally passionate about keeping things fun and enjoying the whole darn ride. Our clients tell us that our strength is capturing and conveying a sense of warmth and humanity in all our content, elevating our productions to something a little bit special, while always ensuring that everyone in front of the camera feels relaxed and comfortable. So If you need to convey an idea, move an audience and enjoy the experience, we’d love to talk to you today.

Calling all lawn lovers!

Are you proud of your incredible lawn and you're ready to show it off the world?
We are looking for Adelaide’s best lawns to feature in a promo film we’re making for a new robot lawn mower.

We’re looking for perfect flat lawns, lawns with a slope and lawns with beautiful features in the backyard - curved garden beds, trees and play equipment to navigate around, etc.

This is a paid opportunity!

Please email us '[email protected]' with the subject line 'LAWN' and a few photos of your perfect lawn.

The shoot will take place from the 15th to the 17th January (next week Wed - Fri).

We will only need access to your property (or verge) for 3-4 hours, as we’re looking to film at 3-4 main locations over the 3 days.

We look forward to hearing from you!

One Mind, One Heart at the Adelaide Film Festival!
This powerful documentary, directed by Larissa Behrendt and produced by Pursekey Productions, follows the journey of the Yirrkala bark petitions returning to Yolngu Country, marking a significant chapter in Aboriginal rights. We’re honored to contribute, with Watchpost’s Chloe Gardner and Molly Mao working on the GFX elements in post production. Join the red carpet screening this Sunday, Oct 27 at The Mercury with a Q&A, or see it Nov 3 at The Piccadilly!

Join director Larissa Behrendt in conversation with Penny Smallacombe and other special guests in discussing the retelling of Australian history and the creation of this important documentary.
