FILM SYNOPSIS
Eighteen-year-old Jay has had enough of life. 28-year-old Liz cannot get enough of it. As Jay stands on a clifftop, contemplating putting an end to the meaningless fog of his existence, Liz lands in town on the latest leg of her seemingly endless backpacking adventure across the globe.
After a chance meeting brings them together, this unlikely pair forms a deep and immediate bond, much to the alarm of Jay's privileged but jaded socialite parents.
A life-threatening mystery illness brings Liz's adventure to an abrupt halt. As Jay becomes more entwined in her plight, he and his parents are forced to come to terms with their worldviews in this harrowing yet ultimately uplifting saga.
