Magpie Creek Thoroughbred Farmstay is located at Boyland, in the Canungra Valley – just an hour south of Brisbane and 45 minutes west of the Gold Coast. Our guests enjoy the local wineries and natural attractions including Cedar Creek falls and lamington national park.
We are only a short drive from Tamborine Mountain – where you can bush walk or shop at Gallery Walk or visit the Cheese Making Shop or the local markets. If you are interested in Antiques, then you would love cruising around the mountain roads, and dropping into the small antique shops that are scattered throughout the mountain top.
Visitors enjoy coming to our farm stay because of the peace and tranquillity of the local area.
Situated on 55 acres, you can go bush walking or simply relax on the verandah enjoying the view.
If you are interested in animals, you can enjoy the wide range of wild life in the bush and at the farm.
Visitors can come and help us feed the horses, or they can watch from a distance.
Our self contained Family unit includes: Master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with 2 sets of single double decker beds, and a futon double bed in the lounge room. The unit also includes air conditioning, Baby Cot, Bathroom with clawfoot bath, BBQ on the deck, BBQ – Gas, Books/Magazines Supplied, Highchair, Kitchen with fridge and microwave oven, Laundry facilities, Linen supplied, No smoking, Pool, Tea/Coffee Making Facilities, Television, Off street parking.
