Our health and wellbeing is so much more than the food we consume.

It’s our habits, our hobbies, our water, our relationships with others and ourselves, our financial position, our circles, our dreams and goals, how we move our body, how we talk to ourselves, our spiritual beliefs, our ability to have fun and heaps more..

This isn’t to overwhelm you, just to say that of we wanna feel better, maybe we needa take a step back from reading food labels and look at the bigger picture: we are a big ever-changing combo of things we consume.

I definitely gotta be in the mood for some of these guys, but i love expanding my mind through printed pages. Especially when so much of todays world is experienced through the screen.. sometimes books just hot a bit deeper.

Been a pretty busy few weeks, juggling shift work, quick city trips, visa appointments, ute musters, mates visiting, camping with the crew.

I can say my heart is definitely full! ❤️

However i did get a little run down and my business has taken a back seat amongst all the action.

CONSISTENCY, Is what i have struggled with in my business lately. Nobodies coming to be my boss, There’s no set roster, I need to put in the work and start prioritising this journey.

If you are anything like me, that people pleaser streak can shine through when others are around, I often find myself having FOMO and prioritising other peoples experiences and neglect my own rituals.

At lease I am conscious of it hey? 😅

So whilst i have no regrets shaking margarita’s all weekend, I’m keen to dedicate some more time to me, and my goals without being scared to say ‘NO’.

If you really get that you start to see the futility of holding onto anything- because what happened happened, it couldn’t have happened any other way, because it didn’t.

And thats a way to reconcile both our history and bring forgiveness for whatever we did or didn’t do.

You couldn’t be anywhere else- because you’re not.’

Heard these word from whilst scrolling this morning, and it just rang so true.
How often do we blame our past for our outlook on the future, and why do we hold onto blaming ourselves so tightly when we would be so much lighter if we could let go?

Simple reminder to drop the ego, let go, forgive and be free. 💛 🌞

You are exactly where you are in your life right now as a result if one thing: Your Choices.Nobody put your feet where they are now. You did that. I know the accountability and responsibility of that idea can be scary- but its also so god damn powerful! Yeah we can’t always control what happens to us or around us, but we can control our response, our reactions, and our actions. And if my short 30 years of experience on this rock so far has shown me anything, it’s that when fear arises it’s generally showing me a direction of growth. A path of more. I can choose to stay still, sit safely in my comfort zone. But that’s just not how I’m built..So like with many journeys before I have entered this one into the online space as an affiliate marketer with curiosity, a desire to learn and grow. I took the plunge and stepped through the fear to a place of opportunity. Because i know i am accountable for my choices, i know where i am and where i wanna be. And I’m so bloody ready for it! Here’s it is, the big news as promised!

For the past month, I have been learning and building a way to leverage an income online as a digital marketer and building a personal brand online.

I’ve decided the daily grind, long swings spent dreaming of adventures around the globe, waiting on annual leave- isn’t enough for me. 🙅🏼‍♀️

So I have gone all in, in the pockets of my time and decided to make my doom scrolling a way to get paid online!

Even though people may have doubted me, or told me ‘that stuff doesn’t work- its a scam’

I have continued investing spare hours each day with intentional activities designed to get me closer to a life with freedom and choice.

Once i saw the income potential
i was HOOKED 🎣

This fire ignited inside my belly and those dreams of being self sufficient with location freedom turned into realistic goals, within my reach.
