MORE Train & Hobby at Sandown information for 2026
1.DOWNSTAIRS – TRAIN & HOBBY SHOW (T&HS)

The downstairs hall will be fully operated by the Train & Hobby Show and will feature:
• Model railway layouts
• Interactive train and hobby displays
• A wide range of hobby demonstrations and activities
• Layouts, displays, promotions and hobbies replace retail/vendors downstairs. Bringing them indoors into one space.
To preserve the display-focused nature of this space, no sales will take place downstairs, unless a single approved commercial partner is appointed.
If appointed, this commercial exhibitor will be located at the far end of the hall and may receive sponsorship and naming rights under a separate agreement. This site is about 17m wide and up to 4m deep.
2. UPSTAIRS – ALL HOBBIES SWAP MEET AUSTRALIA
Retailers • Sellers • Vendors
All sales and trading take place upstairs.
Operated by All Hobbies Swap Meet Australia, the upstairs district will host sellers offering a huge range of hobby items, including:
• Models, replicas & toys
• New, used retro & collectible/collectable models & toys
• Toys, diecast, tinplate, vintage & retro items
• Action figures, Hot Wheels, Matchbox
• Trading cards, Pokémon, swap cards and more
• All retailers/vendors/sellers in the one large space together creating synergies.
3. PUBLIC ENTRY PRICING (NEW FOR 2026)
• Downstairs Only: $10 per person
• Upstairs Only: $5 per person
• Full Event – Both Levels: $15 per person
These new prices offer excellent value for visitors wishing to experience the full event.
4. FOOD & EXHIBITOR SERVICES
Food Vans
Food vans will now be conveniently located in the undercover car park.
5. VENDOR SPACE PRICING FOR UPSTAIRS.
• 2.5m × 2.5m space: $88 per day
• Two-day booking (Sat & Sun): $176 per space
Spaces may be purchased in multiples. Priority placement is given to two-day bookings made early.
Cheaper Entry prices for the public and cheaper vendor/retailer pricing making this a win-win for all. All this at a major event in a major venue. This is all about supporting and promoting the hobbies and not profit. The Australian Exhibitions & Publications Co operative Limited is a not for profit group operated and run by volunteers. Those involved and who attend this show are about supporting and promoting the hobbies. Revenues raised are used to pay for the event and the expenses incurred. So we encourage you all to support those that support the hobby.
