The first Full Moon, also known as the Wolf Moon, is set to light up the skies tonight, January 13, 2925, bringing with it transformative energy and emotional shifts. Named by Native Americans to mark the winter season, the Wolf Moon heightens emotions and unspoken feelings.
Ecstatic Dance is free movement without specific steps abandoning oneself to the rhythm, leading to a feeling of ecstasy, like that of a trance.
It is considered a form of meditation and can help with stress relief.
This mix is especially significant for me because of its transformative properties.
