In this episode I talk about the multi-billion dollar ‘wellness industry’ that has been cultivated due to the fact that so many of us are either unwell, have dis-ease in our body, or completely out of balance.

How many diets, pills or quick fix programs does it take to cultivate well-being? The answer is none! Anything that is promised to be a quick fix is NEVER going to work.

In this episode we explore what our world and our collective state of wellbeing would look like if we cultivated a deep sense of self-awareness and learned how we can become our own healer.

This is the final episode for season 2! We are taking a short break and will return soon for season 3. Let us know any topics you'd like to see covered or any guests you'd like to have on the show.

And so it is understandable that everything impacts our energetic vibration in either a positive or negative way. And for us to be our most well and vibrant self, we need to do and engage in things that allow us to raise our vibration as often as possible.

How many times have you had to ‘bite your tongue’ for fear of ‘saying the wrong thing’? How many times have you agreed with something that someone has said just to go along with it because it is ‘easier’ or because you didn’t want to rock the boat? How many times have you had something on the tip of your tongue that you wanted to say, but fear got the better of you and you weren’t able to get the words out?
 
In this episode we explore why it is so important that we own our voice and own our truth, and ways that we can work on really owning our voice and expressing ourselves authentically.

In this episode I want to pose the question - what would happen if we lived our lives from the level of spirit?

We all have a different connection to what spirit or soul means for us, but in its essence we can acknowledge that is our connection to the divine source energy, and a deep connection to our innate knowing within ourselves and within our heart.

We are so much more than just our physical body. We are so much more than our daily human tasks and experiences. Us as humans are made up of more energy than matter - this is a scientific fact. We are 99% + energy and less than 1% matter.
