OUR 2026 ENERGY.

Truth is, a lot of these “ins” aren’t new for us. Strategy-first thinking. Depth over quick wins. Founder-led stories. Real connection. That’s how we’ve always built our client work behind the scenes.

But this year? We want to see it extend beyond our portfolio and into the wider conversation.

You don’t have to bow to every new trend. You don’t have to pivot your brand every time someone posts a hot take. You don’t have to move faster just because the internet tells you to.

Authenticity might look slower, quieter and less flashy.
But the community that forms from it is stronger, more aligned and higher quality.

So here’s your permission slip to trust your lane, stick to your strategy, and build something that actually lasts.

2025 IN REVIEW.

Trying to summarise 365 days of work, travel, shoots, strategy, chaos and magic into a 22-second video feels almost impossible.

There are simply so many clients, moments, flights, behind-the-scenes clips and bloopers we’ll never post.

Plus so many hours creating, refining, reworking and doing it all again.

2025 was a year that truly shaped us as a business as we really found our stride within our niche.

We grew our team. We refined our client base.
We showed up to more events than ever. We connected with founders not just as clients, but as friends and strategic partners. We crafted thousands of pieces of content and shot hundreds of hours bringing brands to life.

And yes - we spent more time in Canva and CapCut than we’d like to admit.

But more than anything, this year reminded us why we do what we do.

To every client, collaborator, creative and connection who trusted us with their brand this year - thank you. Your belief in us is what allows iced&shaken to grow, evolve and do the work we truly care about.

Looking ahead, 2026 is already shaping up to be big. is launching. iced&shaken is growing. And there are a few exciting things quietly in the works that we can’t wait to share.

But amongst it all, one thing has remained true every single year of this business:
We are strategic partners that build confident digital brands.
No fluff. No shortcuts. No “growth hacks”. Just thoughtful strategy and content that actually connects.

POST RETREAT NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER.

Looking back on 2025, it’s kind of wild to see everything iced&shaken has achieved. The incredible clients we’ve worked with, the businesses we’ve supported across Australia and the growth we’ve experienced along the way.

That growth has been exciting, but as a founder, it’s also very easy to get stuck on the hamster wheel - constant momentum, constant pressure, always thinking about what’s next. One thing I’m learning (slowly, but surely) is that sometimes the most important thing you can do for your business is step out of it, even just for a few days, to actually grow it.

The recent Founder’s Retreat at was exactly that. A grounding pause. No noise, no rushing (aside from a few late-night work sessions after retreat days… whoops). Just honest conversations with founders who truly get it - whether they’re in the same season or a few chapters ahead.

Being here was a reminder that doing this alone isn’t a badge of honour. When I give myself space to reflect, connect and zoom out, I come back clearer, more confident and far more intentional about how I lead.

As we move into a new year, and prepare to launch a new arm of iced&shaken with , it’s moments like this that bring clarity to the bigger picture. I want iced&shaken to be more than an agency. I want it to be a trusted partner to businesses - through training, management, advisory and meaningful collaborations.

Now, while I continue nursing my Black Friday hangover and tying up the final loose ends of the year (keep me and the team in your thoughts, please), I can’t wait to share more of what’s coming next.

Of course, thank you to all the incredible women and facilitators who made this weekend what it was. And a special shoutout to Grace - a true pillar in my founder journey and someone who’s been there since the early iced&shaken days. Your ability to build spaces that bring out more in all of us, while continuing to lead with such depth and intention, is endlessly inspiring. I can’t wait to see what’s next 🤍

Last year we teamed up with for a full suite of content, everything from new product launches (yes, those iconic cans you spotted above), to distributor cafés doing their thing, to their community work with .

And honestly? We were in our absolute element. Coffee, cameras, creative direction - say less.

But here’s the thing: we weren’t interested in just showing another cup of coffee. We ALL know what a flat white looks like. Instead, we leaned into the feeling of Allpress - the ritual, the quiet moments, the hustle moments, the on-the-go moments, and those crack-open-an-ice-cold-can-poolside moments that taste like summer.

It was all about capturing energy, not just product, the lifestyle and the culture of this iconic brand and their connection to their local and international community.
