Today I’m catching up with good friend and fellow small business owner Nyleta of Chewy Charms at the Moreton Bay Region Industry and Tourism business luncheon.

Looking forward to meeting up with other Moreton Bay businesses today to learn 32 Trends Toward 2023 from Simon Kuestenmacher.

He promises to do a deep dive into key demographic changes in the City of Moreton Bay, Australia and the world and how these demographic changes will help the region achieve better outcomes.

The interesting thing about happiness, in my opinion at least, is that it is there all of the time.

It is within each of us and just needs to be remembered, nurtured, and have a little spotlight placed upon it from time to time.

In the hurly-burly of our modern social media-soaked world it can be easy to focus on the material items we don't have, on what we've not yet achieved and on the opportunities that we feel others are being handed.

When in fact happiness is not out there, it is within. Stop for a moment today, close your eyes and think about all of the blessings you do have and feel the happiness begin to grow 🪴💖

🧡 It was a real pleasure to spend a few hours at the Source Kids Expo today representing Fragile X Association of Australia.

Events like this give us the opportunity to share knowledge, catch up with our FX community and meet families that have recently received a Fragile X diagnosis.

Increasing education and awareness of Fragile X Syndrome has been a passion of mine since discovering in my 40’s that I was a carrier, and that my children were impacted by the syndrome.
