It captures our concrete pours, our delivery dates for things like windows and timber, our progress claim dates for cashflow and provides the structure for our carpenters and subbies to know where they should be. It gets reviewed daily and we are always focusing on ways to improve our efficiency. We of course, have no problem sharing our project schedules with our clients.
