✨Backroads and blind turns led us here 💫
📍Redbanks, Kangaroo Island.

Our curiousity got the better of us. We followed a rough track down through the banks until it opened onto the beach beneath the cliffs - a hidden world waiting below. We spent the afternoon meandering, beachcombing, and soaking it all in. Love surprises like this.

What’s the most unexpected thing you’ve found at the end of a road? 🌾✨

🔸These striking red and orange cliffs were shaped over millions of years of wind and water erosion, creating one of the island’s most dramatic coastal landscapes.
🔸A local favourite for golden-hour photography - the cliffs literally glow at sunset. 🌅
🔸Located near American River, just a 15-minute drive from the township - remote, peaceful, and perfect for exploring off the beaten path. 🚙

As we’ve been driving Kangaroo Island, we’ve noticed its visually striking white gravel roads winding under tall, arching arbours of mallee trees. The contrast between the bright limestone and dark green canopy creates these beautiful natural tunnels …. We’re loving these drives, one of Kangaroo Islands characteristics.

There’s nothing like the excitement of adventure and the buzz of anticipation, the moment when the unknown feels full of possibility 🌿🌊

We boarded the ferry to Kangaroo Island - a South Australian gem. We waved goodbye to the mainland , ready to dive into fresh experiences and a whole new experience… can’t wait to share🙌

Wow … just wow … Our first day arriving on Kangaroo Island. Made our way over to our first camp on the Eastern side of the Island… ummm … how can we have been the only ones on the beach. 🌊 🙏 Feeling very blessed.

This place has already “Got Us”
Can’t wait to experience the rest.
