Looking for an experienced Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to assist with business administrative tasks for my media and property/finance businesses.��Exciting environment.
My business is still small. We operate in Media and Marketing, Real Estate and Investments.
�In order to be successful, you must:�- have and be able to demonstrate relevant skills and experiences;�- be honest and act with integrity at all times;�- always act in the best interest of the business;�- respect privacy and must not disclose to anyone any private information without written consent from the business. Must have:
- attention to detail
- excellent communication and organisational skills,
- Salesforce and database experience, preferred,
- Xero experience, preferred but not essential,
- Drivers licence preferred,
- Mac and iphone savvy,
- Social media platforms and content creation skills (filming, editing)
- May involve some state and national travel, for the right person.
Some knowledge in these areas would be desirable but not essential.
Social media is a must.
The successful candidate would also need to be proficient in utilising at least MS Office, Social Media and preferably, Salesforce.
Some telemarketing and calls for event invitations and rsvps, and possible travel for event management may be required, as well as daily scheduling and confirm my appointments, printing reports and updating xero.
Tasks will including updating salesforce and creating email marketing campaign reports.
You will be required to do a trial day, if you are successful at the interview. Immediate start for the right person.
