I won’t promise to “fix” or “cure” you—because true healing comes from within, and only you hold that power. But I do promise to walk beside you, to guide you gently back to yourself.

Together, we’ll explore and shift self-sabotaging patterns, release the feeling of stuckness, calm and balance your nervous system, and meet whatever’s been holding you back from living the life you deeply desire.

I’ll be completing my accreditation as a Kinesiologist this October, and I’m so excited to continue expanding my knowledge, skills and practice.

Ever found yourself depleted and drained after being in certain environments, with certain people or situations?

When you are already feeling tired or in a low mood is when you will be more susceptible in picking up negative energies.
The key is to take personal responsibility and choose people, circumstances etc that uplift you and make you feel good.
It’s that simple!

If you can’t change the environment eg. Your workplace, then visualise a beautiful coloured bubble (you choose the colour) surrounding you, protecting you from others energies and maintaining your own energy.

Your emotional blockages which are stuck in your subconscious and unconscious mind are keeping you stuck in life. They keep you in a spiral, going around in circles, attracting the same situations, repeating the same patterns, the same thoughts, feelings and behaviours etc.

That’s why I love Kinesiology as it works on a deeper level than just talk therapy. Kinesiology taps into your subconscious and unconscious mind, bringing those emotions to the surface to then be acknowledged and released as they no longer serve you.

When you can release what is emotionally holding you back, you can literally change your life!

In a Kinesiology session, we work to release the emotional element that is showing up behind your pain, all aches, pains and illness’s are ways that your body is communicating to you that you have un-resolved emotions that you haven’t dealt with.

kinesiology is such a beautiful journey, where it guides you away from the emotional stress into acceptance and healing.

These symptoms can be indicators that due to stress, your body has gone into a fight, flight or freeze response, therefore causing an imbalance on your nervous system.

These stress responses can also be a positive as it’s our body’s way of keeping us safe when feeling a threat, it aims for survival.

Something which I’ve learnt in the last 12 months is that the inner-work journey is not linear. There will be moments/months where you progress with your inner work, evolve, make healthy changes, and then there will be times where life challenges you and pushes you to level up.

I’ll be completely transparent, I’ve fallen back into old habits, subconscious patterns and limiting beliefs.

TIP:
The key is to be aware of your thoughts and behavioural patterns/unhealthy habits, and to make conscious efforts to get back on track! Take action!

It’s interesting that in my last few case study sessions with clients, a theme of skin conditions have shown up eg. Eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, acne etc, with a clear correlation to negative emotions, including; fear, worry, overwhelm and insecurity.

When skin conditions show up, ask yourself what are you not speaking up about, what/who is irritating you?. What are you suppressing and not wanting to face?.

It may also indicate not feeling comfortable within your own skin, unworthy of love, self hatred, holding onto past mistakes.

It’s more than likely that these negative emotions have been repressed for years and now your body is asking you (through physical symptoms) to release what is no longer serving you.

The nervous system signals messages to and from your brain and spinal cord to various parts of your body.

Every function of your body is regulated by your nervous system. It allows your heart to beat, your breathing, blood pressure, digestion, plus many more.

Balancing your nervous system takes you out of survival mode and positively impacts you and your life.

Do you find yourself constantly rushing, working tirelessly, agitated, anxious, waking up with a racing heart, living in survival mode - in and out of flight or fight, these are all signs that your nervous system is out of balance.

Balancing your nervous system;
Reduces your stress & anxiety which brings in a calm mind, emotional stability and regulation.

Promotes Emotional Well-being - you are able to process your emotions and react in a calm and rational way.

Stronger Immune System- better resistance to illness.

Better digestion and Gut Health - less bloating and an increased ability to process and digest foods.
