So many of my clients lately have had one thing in common….they fear to be seen, to be heard and to be judged. And I too once had that fear….fear of being judged by family and friends…how crazy is that, the people who I value and love, and vice versa.
It’s funny how we attach ourselves to our thoughts, when merely they are just words put together, they are not even your own thoughts, they are consciousness thoughts, we all have the same thoughts, just at different times in our lives.
Thoughts are words which then become beliefs, and guess what?! You don’t have to believe your thoughts, question them, are they really true and then turn that thought around, reframe it into a positive….you get my point right!
So the next time you feel doubt or worry because of a thought, allow it to pass, feel the fear and do the thing.
