I Am All of These Things

This week I’ve felt something I haven’t always allowed myself to feel....
Pride.

Not in a loud, showy way

But in a quiet, grounded knowing that I’m showing up, as a mother, a wife, a friend, a daughter, a business owner.

And it’s not perfect. It gets messy. There are days I want to run.
But I don’t.
I find breathing room in the tasks.
In the chaos.
In the in-between.

Because all of these roles make me who I am.

I used to wonder if I was doing enough
Now I just focus on being present in what matters most.

This is your reminder that you don’t have to be everything to everyone.
But you’re allowed to feel proud of the person you are becoming.

What makes you feel most like you?

📍From business to babies to dinner on the table, we juggle a lot.

But what’s something that brings you back to yourself, every time?
That thing that reminds you...“I’m doing okay.”

👇 I’d love to hear yours, and we’ll share ours too.

You’re Allowed to Change Your Mind
We used to think working hard meant back-to-back shifts
Degrees
Certs
Long hours
Little sleep

We thought buying property would set us up
That crypto would be our backup
That following the rules would keep us safe

But it didn’t feel like freedom
It felt like pressure

And when life knocked the wind out of us
None of that really mattered

You’re allowed to change your mind
You’re allowed to look at your life and say
“This isn’t working for me anymore”

That’s what we did
And everything changed

If you’ve been questioning the path you’re on
You’re not alone

Message me if you want to hear how we made the shift
No pressure
Just a real story from two people who said there has to be another way

You Either Invest in Growth
OR
Pay for Comfort

This might sound harsh, but it’s something we had to learn:

You’re either paying for growth or you’re paying for comfort.
There’s no in-between.
Comfort feels cheaper.
It looks like:
“I’ll wait until next year.”
“I don’t have time right now.”
“What if it doesn’t work?”
But comfort costs you:
⚠️ The dream life you put on the shelf
⚠️ The confidence you never built
⚠️ The peace you never gave yourself permission to claim
We’ve made uncomfortable decisions.
Said yes when we were scared.
Put skin in the game before we “felt ready.”

And every time?

It called us into something bigger.
If you want different, you have to move different.

This afternoon we were at Acrobatics.
Just like that. No planning around rosters. No begging for leave.
No hoping one of us could make it.
Just… being there.

I know that might not sound revolutionary.
But a few years ago, the idea of doing something fun midweek, especially as a whole family, felt impossible.
Work ruled everything.

We squeezed life into the leftover pockets.
And I remember thinking: This is just what adulthood is like, right?
Busy.
Burnt out.
And always running behind.

Except it doesn’t have to be.
We found another way.
A way to work with our life, not against it.
And it’s in moments like these, watching the kids beam because we’re right there, cheering them on
That I realise what we really invested in.
Time.
Presence.
Choice.

If that’s not wealth… I don’t know what is.

When 💰💰💰 Doesn’t Mean Anything Anymore

Money makes the world go round
Until someone you love is fighting for their life.

Then it sits there.
Useless.

In hospital we didn’t care about the next business milestone.
We didn’t care about bills.
We didn’t care about bank balances.

We cared about her.
Holding her hand.
Being near.
Making sure she felt safe, even when she couldn’t speak.

We work so hard to “get ahead”
But what’s the point if we’re not even able to be where we’re needed most?

That’s why we changed the way we live and work.
So we could be present when it matters most.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re missing your life just to afford it
We see you.

You deserve more than just making it through.

Send us a message if you’re ready for something that gives back what matters most.

I Married a Cycle Breaker

Every time I see him with the kids in the middle of the day
It hits me.
We really did it.
We broke the cycle.
We are not repeating what we saw growing up, parents working themselves into the ground.
Sacrificing their presence for their paycheque.
Missing moments, not because they didn’t care......

But because they had to.

I know that story intimately. So does he.
And that’s why this matters so much to us.

We didn’t build this business for titles or to be “bosses.”

We built it so our kids could have parents who are there.

Not just in the mornings or at bedtime, but consistently.
This man I married?
He’s all in.
He’s not just supporting the vision.
He’s building it with me.

For us.
For them.
For the family we dreamed of, even before we realised it was possible.
And every time I catch these everyday moments
Him holding their hands. Packing their lunch. Being fully present…
I think:
This is what we fought for.
And I’m so glad we did.

If I could go back and speak to the version of me who was scared to invest…

The one who questioned if she was “worth it.”

If she should just keep doing what she’s always done.
If she could “figure it out herself.”

I’d tell her this:
Investing in yourself will change everything.

Not overnight. Not magically. But deeply.
When I hired my first mentor, I didn’t know what I was doing.

I just knew something in my gut said, You can’t stay where you are.
And thank the universe I listened.

Because I didn’t just invest in a coach....

I invested in a future version of myself.
One who had boundaries. Confidence. Clarity.

One who didn’t need to justify her dreams.
You think the risk is in spending the money.
But the real risk?

Is spending your whole life second guessing what you’re capable of.
