𝐟𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐚

On this day, 21 years ago, Radium took it’s first tentative steps in to the world.
At the time, our expectation was nothing greater than surviving the first week. That week passed, then the first month, then 12 months and we somehow find ourselves still here 21 years later.

It has been quite the journey.

Over those 21 years we have been involved in producing hundreds of commercials, endless hours of serial television programming and some outstanding documentaries for international audiences. We’ve played a hand in changing governments. Helped companies to better communicate internally. Worked on some of the biggest sporting events in the country. Sold policy proposals to the public - not always successfully. They can’t all be winners. But many were.

During that time, we have been fortunate to not only have some fantastic clients, but also some great staff on board. None of what we achieved would have been possible without the talent and commitment of those who have been part of our team. Special mention must be made of Darren and Judith, who sadly passed away in recent times. Two original members of Radium, they have proven impossible to replace and not a day goes by without them in our thoughts.

So, a big thank you to all those who have passed through our doors over the last 21 years. I can certainly agree that time does indeed fly like an arrow. Fans of syntactic ambiguity can argue about the time flies and whether the fruit flies. We’ve got no time for that - there’s work to be done!

Ah, yes - The irregular updates of Radium. Busy, busy busy as usual and we've had a great variety of projects go through over the last month with a terrific bunch of clients. We will be here right through the Christmas and New Year period beavering away in the air-con. For those that are fortunate to get a break, have a wonderful and safe holiday and we look forward to collaborating with you all again in 2020

This is one of those projects that you feel honoured to have played a part in - however small. A big thank you to Simon Woods Film for getting us involved. Armistice has been created by an outstanding team including Bill Haycock, David Bell, Darrin Verhagen, Simon Woods, David Walters, Natalie Weir, Frank Millward, Sean Mee, Bradley Chatfield, and Chris Latham.
