Our direct drop in kit will bolt directly into your 2021-2024 CRF450R frame with no frame modifications needed, to install simply unbolt your stock 450 engine and replace it with our CR500 billet engine cases, our CR500 billet cases have been redesigned with different mount positions to suit the new frame.

Our cases use all OEM CR500 Seals, Gasket, Bearings and Internals.

Made and designed in Australia by TSR Products from 6061 aluminium.
We make all our parts in house with no outsourcing of our billet parts.
