I am so happy to call Australia home. It is a magnificent place that provides us with endless opportunities and possibilities.

I am proud to call myself an Australian. Born and raised, there is no other place I'd rather be!

I am honoured to be a part of this great nation. The greatest nation on earth, second to none!

I respect this country and I honour this country on this day!

To all my fellow Australians, may you all be as blessed as I for being here and enjoy the family time and celebrate this great nation and all it has to offer with friends enjoying a beer and a snag on the barbie!

I am loaded and ready to leave early tomorrow to get to Charters Towers tomorrow night. We will be setting up the fireworks and delivering 2 displays for the community. The music is going to be played through the local radio station so I hope I have done the track well.

As I won't have much time nor much reception, I just wanted to wish everyone a happy and safe New Year whatever you are doing.

And before entering the new year, reflect on the year that was, know you can't change anything as it's in the past, but you can learn from it and look forward with open arms, a full heart and be ready to make the new year your best year yet.

I have got some big plans and some changes coming and I am thoroughly looking forward to what I will achieve in the coming year. 2024 will be my bitch hahaha. No, not really. It will be a great year for me with change, growth, love, and so much more.

Oh, and one thing that I plan to do differently this year. A little goal I will share with you. Just because I love to give. I plan to do at least one random act of kindness every month to random strangers. That will be soul fulfilling.

Make your life spectacular. Only you can!!

To all my pyro brothers and sisters out there, shoot em high, light them skies, be safe and come home to your loved ones!!

✅ HOW CAN I...

What a great way to start a question. I hear all to often, people saying I can't; I can't afford it, I can't achieve it, I don't know how, I can't do it, I can't have it, it's too hard, it's not for me... And the list goes on.

Maybe you can't, but maybe, just maybe YOU CAN! Instead of focusing all the limitations and all the ways it ❌ can't be done, ❌ can't be achieved, ❌ can't be figured out, focus on the ways that it can be done, on how it can be achieved and how YOU can do it!

There's a bazillion people on the planet 🌏, so instead of ❌ 'I can't' ask a better question - ✅ HOW CAN I... Who do I need to become so I can? Who do I need to meet, speak to, get to know, follow, copy, join forces so that ✅ I CAN! What needs to happen so ✅ I CAN?

✅ How can I achieve it?
✅ How can I make it work?
✅ How can I become better?
✅ How can I be unstoppable?
✅ How can I create it?
✅ How can I...
✅ How can I...
✅ How can I...

Because I know you can! I believe in you. You are powerful. You are incredible.

Remember, It's not the destination, it's the journey! I am not certain who first said this, all I know is, it has been used by many and varied throughout the years.

It is never about the destination. Whilst that is a big part, it is actually the journey that makes up the majority because it is the people you meet along the way, it is the small pieces you do or create to make it work, and most importantly, it is about who you have to become to get there. It is the person you grow into that counts the most!

This is more for me as a reminder rather than anyone else so it is a little selfish, but I like the reminder!

For me, I love to focus on the goal, and work a plan to get there; not really realising I had to change and grow and become more because I can assure you, I have some pretty big, fat, hairyass goals.

So I have to become someone far beyond who I currently am and I am so ready and so looking forward to becoming more. The more I become, the more people I can help, assist and serve.

I love the transformation that occurs, like the amount of pressure required to produce a diamond! I have some great people around me supporting me in the change and I am there for them in like manner. We got this!

One of my favourite quotes from the great Les Brown, 'There is greatness within you!'

There is truly greatness in all of us, just a lot of people don't or won't or couldn't be bothered finding out what they are capable of!

We are already at the end of week one of this year. How are you travelling so far? You only got 51 weeks left! Let's do this growing, expanding and becoming who we were born to be together!

It's Day 3️⃣ - A Brand 🆕 Year, A Brand 🆕 Start!

Day 1️⃣, I talked about deciding what you want, then on day 2️⃣, I suggested you write it down as if you already have it and then to visualise it daily. I also mentioned, what you seek, seeks you.

Now with day 3️⃣, where your focus goes, energy flows. As you focus on what you want you are drawing it towards you and you to it. With that, you will get an idea, an inspired thought💡 and you need to follow it. You need to act on it when it occurs to you.

These thoughts might actually cause you to step out of your comfort zone. You won’t achieve what you want from within your comfort zone. If you did, you’d already have what you desire. But what you seek is on the other side of your comfort zone. Take the first step🦶. You’ve got this.

Make the choice, stay in the comfort zone and don’t grow and don’t have what you desire or take that first step🦶 and move towards that which you seek! Follow those hunches; that inspired thought💡. You are safe. You can have it all.

And keep telling yourself; It's on its way!

I first began in September 2013 on the personal growth journey. I have successfully completed numerous training’s, seminars and workshops since then. At Scott Lording PTY LTD Coaching we work with clients that are looking to make some changes in their lives. They may be experiencing challenges with relationships, business, or life in general. We have the unique ability to support, coach and mentor individuals, couples and business owners to face those challenges, who are then able to move forward on their journey.

Often, we are faced with challenges and setbacks that tend to stop us or block us. This could be procrastination, our fears or our beliefs. Each one can become a crippling block if we allow it. That is where I come in. Coaching and mentoring is truly transformational and can even be life changing provided you put in the work. All the coaching in the world isn’t worth anything if you aren’t prepared to do what is required.
