It is with regret that I report another su***de involving a Filipino in Queensland. This is alarming and deeply concerning pattern that our community must urgently address.

Our Filipino workers and international students come to Australia full of hope and ambition yet many silently face loneliness, academic/financial pressure and challenges that remain unseen until it is too late. As a community we have both the capacity and the responsibility to ensure that our members feel supported, guided, and connected to people who care.

In response to this growing concern, our office in collaboration with the World Wellness Group, is hosting an important community seminar:-

By spreading awareness on mental health and social wellbeing, we can help prevent further loss and build a connected and resilient Filipino community in Queensland.
