Drove "Drift the Downs" this weekend at Morgan Park Raceway. It was a great event with a heap of great people 🙂

This was the first event in years that I was able to drive all 3 days without blowing motors or my gearbox. Just changing tyres and adding more fuel. Huge thanks to Matthew Sozz for helping with the motor, fuel system and other upgrades and M1 Tuning for doing a safe and responsive tune 👌

After not drifting for so long I was rusty but by the end of the weekend we were having some good runs 🥳

I was having too much fun driving this was the only photo I took all weekend 😂 It was from the last run of the day..

Thanks Leigh Bain for the tandems all weekend.. it started to feel like the old days when my car was reliable.. doing lap after lap..

Big thanks to Linda and Bruce Bunch for letting us use the tyre machine on Saturday night and for your accommodation so we didn't have to camp out in below 0⁰ temps. 🙂

Last but not least. Thanks Sarah Rasi for looking after the kids all weekend so I could go have fun and blow money on tyres and fuel. 🥰
