We are proud to share that the Circular Medical division of our sister company, Suranyi Trading, has achieved its first client! August was a big month for SF! In addition to assisting our retail and property clients with PR and marketing and updating our own branding, we researched and wrote commissioned pieces for the Pedestrian Group’s The Chainsaw website on AI, tech and cryptocurrency. A great campaign, site, visual or idea starts with the power of the written word, and we love creating and crafting the right words to help our clients.

Nicole Fisher is a writer at The Chainsaw , the trusted 24/7 home of all things related to Web3 and the blockchain technology, trends and applications reshaping our world.

The “S” in SFE.

*Congenital heart disease kills 4 babies every week in Australia.

I have had 3 pulmonary valves replaced. Cardiac recording loop installed. And numerous affiliated surgeries and tweaks, simply from living longer, discovering and managing new medical concerns or needs.

My Cardiologist Dr John Celermajer (RIP my most treasured of memories) was direct when I asked him at 17 the “why me?” question. His response was, “Why not you? You’re strong. Mentally you’re born tougher than others. Trust me you are. CHD adults are never “fixed” just tweaked to perfection. Science is evolutionary and a CHD survivor’s best friends are time and medical evolution.”

I’m a heart survivor due to research, medical surgical practices and the most unbelievable gift of all - parents allowing medical research to study the bodies of their children… the children who were born with Congenital Heart Disease and did not survive.

For my entire life, from my first surgery at 72 hours of life, I’ve actively pushed to thrive and “do” life. My parents, my surgeons and cardiac teams both past, and present, have shaped my life.
Without them I would literally not be alive.

​**For the first time in history, there are now more adults than children living with congenital heart disease in Australia. However, this also means the current medical systems are not always adequate for the CHD Adults needs.

​Adults with childhood heart disease have unique needs and challenges. HeartKids understands that this is a lifetime journey and are here to support us throughout this journey.

HeartKids provides support and information for children, teens, and adults with congenital heart disease as well as those who have acquired a heart condition during childhood. We also advocate for their needs and fund life-saving research.
