📝 Receive appointment reminders
❌🔄 Cancel and reschedule appointments
💬 Interact with AccessEAP’s Live Chatbot which is integrated with the solution

📹 Our CEO, Nicole Nixon, recently interviewed Director of Digital Health & Innovation and CIO at Sydney Local Health District, Alexandra Wagstaff who spoke about the impact of Florence — the District's digital patient engagement platform, collaboratively developed with Five Faces.

Florence has been implemented in 98 clinics and counting in Sydney LHD, improving wait times and patient satisfaction, and empowering patients with a digital-first platform to easily manage appointments, communicate with clinics and receive information.

"In some of our Women's and Babies' clinics, we've actually seen a decrease in wait times from 30 minutes down to 7 minutes. So that's definitely increased our patient satisfaction," Alex Wagstaff said.

We are excited to announce that we have officially deployed 🚀 our Digital Front Door solution to Alfred Health's Melbourne Sexual Health Centre (MSHC).
