EVERYTHING I KNOW ABOUT WRITING can be summed up in these 7 practices I use every day in my copy. When I had my first magazine job (at Cosmo in 2004), I was far from a natural writer! I used to spell 'sandals' all wrong in fashion captions and was, quite rightly, lambasted for it ('sandles' - oh dear).
