Want to be booked out 2+ weeks in advance?

Too many workshops are running job-to-job, hoping the phone rings.
The truth? Booked-out shops don’t rely on luck. They’ve got a system.

Here’s exactly what I’d do to get booked out 2+ weeks in advance:
👉🏼 Get serious about rebooking. Rebooking is your secret weapon.
Stop letting your customers leave after a service knowing there are future repairs recommended. Either rebook them to be done or ask them when you can follow up with them to rebook.

👉🏼 The F word: Follow-ups!
If you're not following up with your customers, then they think you don't care about them and will find another workshop who does.
Send service reminders, estimate follow-ups, rego reminders and future repair reminders.
You're not annoying them, you helping to keep their car (the 2nd biggest asset) safe and reliable.

👉🏼 Treat Social Media like a business tool. Stop posting just cars in your workshop.
Show them MORE of YOU and YOUR TEAM!
Show up consistently with real value:
- Customer problem, what you did and the outcome (+ customer reviews)
- Behind the Scenes
- Tips on booking, maintenance, repairs you specialise in
- You, more YOU and MORE YOU! You and your team are your brand.
You're next customers are already watching, so give them a reason to call or book.

👉🏼 Speak Value. Charge your worth and know why.
Raise your prices 1-2 times a year to reflect CPI increase and costs.
Communicate your value to your customers.
If your service quality and products have improved, so should your pricing.
Confidence + clarity = trust + bookings.

👉🏼 Listen to your customers. Most of us listen to respond.
When you listen and ask questions you learn more about your customers.
This helps you to understand their needs when it comes to their car and repairs.
Being in business is all about your customers, NOT you.

👉🏼 Build a referral program. Offer a small reward for referrals and reviews.
Customers who love you, will do more for you then a social media post.
Incentivise your referral programs all year long.

👉🏼 Be active on Google. If you're not showing up in Google search, you're invisible in SEO.
Create a Google Business Profile.
Update it.
Ask for reviews.
Post 2-4x a month.
Workshops with optimised profiles show up more in local searches AND get more bookings.
Don't sleep on this one.

Do this consistently and you’ll stop scrambling for bookings.

Or that social media just doesn’t work anymore.

But here’s the truth 👉🏼 That’s not your real problem.

The REAL problem?
- You’re playing small without even realising it. The fear of being seen is keeping you stuck.
