មេសុីម៉ាក់កម្ពុជាបានឆ្លើយតបលើបណ្តាញសង្គមនារសៀលថ្ងៃទី18/7/2025នេះថា ក្រោយមានទាហានសៀមជាន់គ្រាប់មីនដោយមានម្នាក់ដាច់ជេីងម្ខាងនិងរបួសស្រាលចំនួន២នាក់(តាមរយៈសារព័ត៌មាន) ចុះផ្សាយលាបពណ៌មួលបង្កាច់កម្ពុជា រឿងគ្រាប់មីនចាស់ និងគ្រាប់មីនដាក់ថ្មី! រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការពារជាតិសៀមស្តីទី ស្នេីសុំឱ្យកម្ពុជា ដោះគ្រាប់មីនចាស់ៗចេញ មេទ័ពជួរមុខសៀមថាគ្រាប់មីនសល់ពីសង្គ្រាម ក្រុមអង្គការដោះមីននិងក្រសួងការបរទេសសៀមថាគ្រាប់មីនដាក់ថ្មី និងប្រុងប្រៀបប្តឹងកម្ពុជាទៅUN! ជាដេីម.....។ ពិតជាច្របូកច្របល់មែន!!
មានអ្នកតាមសួរមតិយោបល់ខ្ញុំលេីបញ្ហានេះ ខ្ញុំថាសូមពិនិត្យមេីលទិដ្ឋភាពច្បាប់នៃអនុសញ្ញាមីនអន្តរជាតិនេះ ត្រង់មាត្រាទី៥ មានចែងច្បាស់ថា បូរណភាពទឹកដីអ្នកណាអ្នកនោះទទួលខុសត្រូវ។ ជាក់ស្តែងឃេីញមានរូបភាពតាមប្រពន្ធ័សង្គមជាច្រេីននៅស្រុកសៀម បានធ្វេីការផ្សព្វផ្សាយរូបភាពសកម្មភាពទាហ៊ានសៀមសម្រុកដាក់គ្រាប់មីនថ្មីៗតាមព្រំដែនខ្មែរ-សៀម តេីរដ្ឋបាលសៀមនិងអង្គការដោះមីននៅសៀមមានចាត់វិធានការស៊េីបអង្កេតឬនៅ និងបានប្តឹងទៅថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំប្រទេសសៀមឱ្យចាត់វិធានការទប់ស្កាត់ឬនៅ? រឿងនេះករណីចង់ប្តឹងកម្ពុជាទៅUNពិតជាល្អហេីយ ដូចនេះគួរតែបបួលគ្នាដោយកាន់ដៃកម្ពុជាទៅប្តឹងនៅICJ តែម្តង ព្រោះថាICJ ជាតុលាការរបស់UNនេះស្រាប់! ។
After Thai soldiers stepped on a landmine, one of them amputated, and other minor injured! There were a number of News reported about this case with ill intentions to label Cambodia. Thai Acting Minister of Defense has requested Cambodia to clear all landmines as remnants of war, some frontline commanders said that there were old landmines and other Demining NGOs and Demining Agency claimed that there were new landmines and recently laid in Thailand’s Territory. Some news released that Thailand Government plans to bring this case to the Kingdom of Cambodia and some said that to the UN.
The landmine convention has clearly stated the responsibities of state party in particular at the article 5 of the convention. In this case of new landmines recently laid in Thailand there are a number of social media in Thailand have shown their armed forces did it, we have no proof of evidences that Thailand authorities or Demining NGOs attempt to make any investigations. At the same time, Thailand wishes to bring this new landmine laid case to the UN, I trust that it will make good sense if Thailand and Cambodia bring this case before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) as an arm of the UN.
