The importantance of Discernment in our healing journey ⬇️
From 2018 until six months ago, I underwent multiple healing sessions with various healers and participated in business mentorship with several high-end coaches.
In one of the healing sessions back in 2021, I worked with a healer to help cross my dad over.
My father took his own life over 25 years ago. The healer informed me that he had not crossed over from the earthly plane and that we needed to assist him in doing so.
Little did I know, by participating in this process, I had unknowingly agreed to take on his karmic debt for su***de.
Four years later, I began to experience the symptoms and found myself energetically tied to the instability of the mental realm that had tortured him for years. At the time, I didn’t fully understand that there is always retribution in the spiritual realms, even when we believe we are doing something good.
Every action, every choice, carries energetic consequences, whether we’re conscious of them or not.
During this period, I also worked with another healer due to a surge in psychic attacks I was experiencing.
Unfortunately, I made the mistake of allowing this healer to make energetic changes in my field. I essentially became a guinea pig for their work which I agreed to at the time. This not only opened further portals for psychic attack but also invited multi-dimensional interference into my energy field.
Later, I had another healing session where the healer processed multiple entities through me for my father, using me as a surrogate. This resulted in even more karmic retribution being placed in my field.
Throughout this time, I was also working with several business mentors to help structure my business. I invested thousands of dollars, only to later realize that during these containers, my energy and codes were being stifled. I was gaslit by women who appeared to operate with integrity, but ultimately, their actions proved otherwise.
I also took part in multiple group healings and plant ceremonies that were not led in integrity, causing further fractures in my field.
In May of this year, everything came crashing down. I was on the verge of birthing a new healing modality, but it was intercepted.
My gifts were completely shut off, along with my connection to inner guidance.
I closed everything in my business and was ready to walk away.
Over the last six months, I’ve been in deep healing, clearing and reflection, gaining clarity and understanding around everything I experienced.
This period was full of hard, necessary lessons.
Now that I’m on the other side of it, I can see more clearly the reasons I was given these experiences.
The truth is that most people don’t fully understand discernment, especially when we're seeking our purpose or path.
We often blindly place our trust in others whom we believe have our best interests at heart.
But in the spiritual realm, there are consequences to every choice, whether we’re aware of them or not.
This experience taught me that discernment is not just about intuition, it’s about responsibility. It’s about asking the hard questions, listening beyond words, and honoring your inner knowing, even when it’s inconvenient or uncomfortable.
It’s about pausing before saying ‘yes’ even when something sounds promising or is wrapped in spiritual language.
It means feeling into the energy behind the words, not just what’s being said, and paying attention to subtle red flags especially when you’re vulnerable, seeking healing, or trying to find your path.
This is why it’s so important to work through your healing, rather than bypassing it with the allure of shiny lights and false promises.
Real healing is about facing the shadow, embracing the uncomfortable, and doing the inner work.
It’s a journey, not a shortcut.
We live in a world where quick fixes are marketed as the solution. But the truth is, lasting change and alignment come from doing the internal work.
As the noise and the chaos of the world increases, so does the need for deeper discernment. Whether it’s what we see on social media, hear in the news, or receive in a spiritual container, it all matters.
Just like I did, many of us are blindly accepting what’s presented to us. We dont often tune in and ask, does this feel true for me?
We must honour our soul, trusting our inner knowing, and choosing the path that actually feels true, not just the one that shines the brightest and promises the shiny rewards that never come.
This has been my experience, and I recognise now that this journey has shaped me in ways I never imagined.
I’ve learnt that discernment is not just a skill but it’s a practice that we first and foremost must do daily.
It’s important to remember that I take full responsibly, and I understand that I agreed to every interaction so there is no blame on others in my experiences.
Every interaction, even the difficult ones, came with important lessons and opportunities for growth.
I share this post as an invitation for you to honor your own inner knowing and to choose with greater awareness, trusting your own inner guidance every step of the way.
