AGM - 6:30PM TUESDAY 17TH JUNE

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year 2025 of the Queensland Baseball Umpires Association Inc. (QBUA) will be held via Google Meet, on Tuesday, 17 June 2025, at the time of 6:30pm;

Until the next AGM post this AGM of the QBUA at which the positions shall be declared vacant once all relevant reports have been laid before the members for that year.

If required, a current and financial QBUA member entitled to attend and vote at the AGM may wish to appoint a proxy to vote and attend, instead of attending themselves. Please see the Secretary prior to the AGM for this to occur. Note that a proxy is required to be a current and financial QBUA member.
