Finally made it to Egypt 🇪🇬 The photos are pretty epic but, I gotta be honest, Cairo is CHAOTIC! The Great Pyramids of Giza were kinda wild - so many people yelling out you, trying to sell you stuff, people just… everywhere. I had booked a private tour with and wouldn’t recommend doing it any other way. My guide was great at keeping things calm and organised, keeping all the touts at bay and taking me through the history. The pyramids are a must-see but my favourite spot was the Grand Egyptian Museum! Here, you can slow down and connect with the history without the intensity. Morocco magic 🇲🇦♥️ I felt so welcomed by the locals, especially in Merzouga. I got to talk with other women, share tea with locals, crash a Moroccan wedding and try the traditional clothes. The whole thing was honestly beautiful. The culture is so warm, welcoming, colourful and genuine. Connection like this is one of the main reasons I love travel.
