I know what it's like to lie awake at night wondering if this is it.

Wondering if life was just meant to be work, routines, and exhaustion.

I loved being a childcare educator and a mum... but I was always giving, always running, and always putting myself last.

And yet deep down, I was asking: is this really how I'm meant to live?

This was the moment it hit me. My eldest was getting older, my baby was my last baby, and I knew deep down that I wanted to be there for it all. Not just watching life pass by in exhaustion - but actually being present. That's when I made a change.

I didn't know the "how."

I wasn't a businesswoman.

I didn't have fancy qualifications in marketing.

But I knew I didn't want to spend my life running on empty.

So I made a choice.

I decided to take a shaky step toward something different.

I didn't get it perfect. I made mistakes. I even wanted to give up more than once.

But I kept going.

And now?

I'm creating something that gives me more time with my kids, more space to grow, and more energy to pour back into the things that matter.

This is how I fit business into my day as a mum of 3…

For the longest time, I thought building a business meant late nights, long hours, and sacrificing the things that mattered most… but that’s just not true.

Here’s the reality 👇
💡 1 hour before the kids wake up
💡 1 hour during nap time
💡 30–60 minutes while they’re at sport or playing
= 2–3 hours a day that fits around my life, not the other way around.

It’s not about hustling 24/7.
It’s about being intentional with the time you do have.

And the best part? My systems + automation keep things running in the background while I’m being mum. 💕
