Offering yoga, Pilates, cycling, strength, and meditation?

Cool. But here’s the thing:
🧠 The more options you give, the harder it is to choose.
And the harder it is to choose, the easier it is to do nothing.

Simplify your modalities:

-2 max per category (e.g., Vinyasa + Yin / Mat + Reformer)

Don’t try to be everything to everyone.
Try to be clear.

Because confused clients don’t commit.
And uncommitted clients don’t come back.

Hard truth:
Some time slots are dead zones.

Here’s when most studios struggle:
Weekdays: 11am + 1–4pm

Friday nights after 7pm

Saturday after noon

Sunday 1–4pm

Yes, there are exceptions.

But if you’re the rule… stop pretending you're the exception.

On top of that, scattered times kill momentum.

Which looks easier to follow?
❌ Mon 9am / Tues 9:30 / Wed 9:15 / Thurs 10 / Fri 9:30
✅ M/W/F at 9:30am. T/Th at 12pm.

The more predictable the schedule, the more likely people stick to it.

Clean schedule = clear minds = consistent attendance.
