Doughnut economics... circular thinking is the progression forward. If we are to continue with the linear dead-end neo-liberal form of capitalism then it ends ignominiously with a chasmic class divide and existential habitat degeneration. Radical system change is the only pathway out of self-destruction. Greed (and the parallel hyper-individualism) must end if our so called intelligence has any reality. As the awareness of decline becomes more evident the response is to race for more and more as some form of misguided innoculation... that in turn exacerbates financial and environment concerns further making the descent even more rapid. Accept this current scenario is dead life. Think round in all aspects of function and life.

Cemented firmly between Cold Chisel and The Go-Betweens as a prudent analogy of where the sound of THE FAUVES lands in stylistic terms.
In open mocking irony of the capitalist dogs that run through the hollowed halls of industry the band set about with laser focus on this mastermind strategy through an active deep state advocacy to secure this trenchant place marker in popular music history. You might be inclined to mutter that this wildcard entry is just manicured or misplaced taste by any regular human even bolstered by the electoral authority of a prime leadership role... and we would bite back calling out guilty for displaying such hubris. This was a shrewd tropical strength marketing ploy - a PR of all PRs - to win the hearts and minds of a national fanbase* generating a tsunami of attendance on the upcoming LIVE PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS commencing nationwide this very weekend.

..how do you fathom such declarations? What amounts to the "lungs of the world" collapsing in a frenzy of human exploitation and contamination. Bury your head into the soon to be sands of the amazon desert... overwhelmed by the existential anxieties such concerns provoke? Carry on consumption like there is no tomorrow and who gives a f**k as long as the crypto (or whatever useless scam) holds out? Generate some other conspiracy to add more confusion to the zeitgeist question of our time "what is the truth anymore?". Accept the inevitable is already in play - the death spiral has been triggered by the scales of human impact on the fragile natural environment and is irreversible? Or do you stand up and declare what you discover from scientific research... fight for the possibility of change from what seems more and more to be the destiny of the current dominant species headed for an extinction event? Ha... and we refer to ourselves as the most intelligent lifeform ever to exist on this planet. Really... when any notion of intelligence is hastily buried in the almighty dollar or a conflict of religions all arguing over their version of some universal story that is by and by the same thing - humankind trying to manifest meaning in a framed manifesto of sorts. All as we destroy our life support in the pursuit of excessive wealth and the pus of ego dominance. Que sera sera... in a world consumed by the idiocy of greed.
