With the way that Lantana Spreads and consumes everything in its path illegally then your responsibilities have serious costs attached.
I have no equal in the world in Lantana Eradication over the Past 40 Years and this means long term results are the cheapest available and actually the only ones that work.
When you consider the costs of allowing lantana to flow onto or off your land is actually an Environmental offence and legally you can be held accountable for all damages downstream.
Because Lantana Camara is the total destruction of all native species, both flora and fauna when it reaches stage 2 and Stage 3 levels of an infestation then we will see prosecutions for these materials being released into Environmentally significant lands very soon.
Because it burns like petrol and is the cause of all the massive fires we have seen in the last 10 Years through Queensland and NSW and why the Firefighters tried to warn us that they had no understanding or answers as to why these fires were they hottest and wildest they have ever encountered, But then the United Nations came up with the super tax called Climate Change and working with Governments they continued this Farce to try to draw attention away from the fact that if you do the math on expansion and lean to the conservative side then we lose in Australia around 4 to 6 million hectares of land to Lantana Camara per year and it increases so soon it is 8 to 10 million and so on. But the Scientific Facts are easily worked out, what is not is why have no scientists ever blown the whistle on the Federal Government, State Government and Councils Corruption that causes these loses every year at a cost of around $100 Billion dollars just for the Increases. Well, I guess we need to Ask the Premiers of NSW and QLD why they illegally lowered its classification around 2016 and illegally created Australia's worst environmental Disaster in our History?
Why did the Prime Ministers allow this to happen to Australian Land Owners who illegally have had these materials flowing from National Parks lands for 5 decades onto their lands and waterways?
Over the Next 10 years, we will see the fires exploding for ever more until we create the National Capitol works program and deal with the fires before they leave the National Parks, We must also work out how did they cover up the 20 Million Hectares Currently under completely destruction today and why are we allowing National parks to consume 15% more lands each year for destruction when they openly state they cannot deal with what they have today?
Our children are the ones that have had their futures stolen by the Premiers and Prime Ministers who have allowed the corruption within the Public service to create these fires.
They did this because legally they are responsible for supplying the money and solutions to meet their LEGAL obligations to the Nation and they sold us all down the river without any moral considerations for the deaths of everything in the paths of these materials.
Soon we will see the facts consume them and hopefully they will be remembered throughout our history for these actions and the costs that are easily researched.
Being an indigenous Elder and Having not equal in the world in Lantana Camara eradication then I have been confronted with these crimes for many decades and seen the costs socially, economically, and physically take their toll on Communities all across our Nation but the corruption that they run is very strong and with silencing all Public servants as they have, then no one internally can ever speak out or they will go to Jail.
So I fight this war continuously until the fires create such a loss of human life that the public then comes after the Premiers and Prime Ministers and give them no quarter which they do not deserve.
Because for over 5 years now I have made sure they are aware of these facts and that the days are numbered before the entire hierarchy of corruption comes crashing down on them and we the Public and first nations people trace back the Environmental Disaster that they knew about all the time but because our Nation was Bankrupted long before COVID-19 they were never going to deal with the destruction of 10 and 20 Million Hectares of Burnt out National Parks per year.
Today we have farmers desperately fighting to protect themselves from National Parks Criminals who have illegally release lantana Camara into all waterways for the last 100 years or more, which illegally flowed onto private lands and out into our bays and Islands. Every time I asked National parks about this illegal operation they quoted there is no money to deal with any of it, there is no knowledge in the Government or their Scientists to deal with this, But here is a Fact for you In Australia, You Cannot claim you do not have the funds or resources to deal with an Environmental Disaster you are creating and you cannot allow these materials to leave your infested lands and enter any other lands and you can search this in the BioSecurity Act 2014.
In there you will find the Courts Responsibilities in regards to the Act, Then at the very least National Parks and TMR (Main Roads) Public Servants had a legal responsibility to go to the Premiers and Prime Ministers and Demand Funding to meet these legal obligations to not only every living thing but to Our entire Nation because it is us and our Children that pay the price for this level of Corruption and wilful destruction.
Lantana Camara burns Like Petrol and with over 40 + years of Permanent Lantana Eradication behind me, I can tell you that you will pay the costs personally for these crimes into the future in both Climate Change issues created by these materials which are in the top 5 in The world in 60 countries around the world, then why did the Premiers of NSW and QLD attempt to illegally lower its classification and why did our Scientists allow this to happen and say nothing for decades?
The Firefighters have tried for decades that I have seen to try to blow the whistle on this but they cannot because just like the police they will go to jail for bringing the Government into disrepute, But how many lives will we happily sacrifice before we take action against those destroying our future and our Nations future because the math is very easy to do.
Instead of giving Millions to the red cross who pocketed most of it because of our Guilt then maybe we should be forcing those who created it to fund the National Capital Works program run by me.
I am dedicated to its permanent eradication over the largest areas throughout our communities and with the greatest long-term outcomes which can only come from 40 + years of Permanent eradication.
My Warnings to you today is do not buy land infested because no one will sell it for the price you would need to buy it for to deal with it today, Do not buy land that is surrounded by it at higher elevations because you will soon be overrun and then you will have to try to sue your neighbors which is unpopular and hard.
If waterways close and roadways close to you are infested then do not buy there, or sell now, or deal with it now.
You saw the future last year this time and the fact was current firebreaks if they are in place are completely useless because of the Corruption, SO do not join your land to theirs under any circumstances, do not listen to the Corridor rubbish at all, the fires from their lands will flow straight over the top of you and your family.
I will do a lot more math in the coming weeks and months on the fire potential and the facts around how it burns which will shock most of you, it will also be the Firefighters story that they tried to tell, Because I am really angry that Work Place Health and safety allow our Firefighters to be placed into these situations without training for them on the fire loads, They use the twig method of working out fuel potential and speeds and this is completely wrong when dealing with Lantana Camara. We must protect our Firefighters and their families from becoming a new name on a wall.

I am an indigenous Elder and in Lantana Camara I have now equal in the world in the Permanent eradication of this material.
SO let's start with the Law.
Under the Biosecurity Act 2014, it is illegal to allow Lantana Camara to expand on Your land, this also is true of All Crown and Council Lands.
The second is it illegal to allow it to be released into the environment
and thirdly it's illegal to allow it to leave your lands and enter any other lands around you.
You have a legal obligation to meet these requirements but in and around 2016 the Premiers Annastacia Palaszczuk and the NSW Premier secretly lowered the Classification to try to attempt to turn their backs on Australia's Greatest Environmental Disaster.
Now because Corruption in our Nation is so bad not one scientist has ever blown the whistle on this Criminal action and yes I will explain why and how it is actually illegal.
Nothing lives in or Under Stage 2 and Stage 3 infestations and this material burn like petrol as I have been removing it Green from the Ground and burning it immediate for that time and the heat and intensity of these materials is incredible.
SO it was illegal for Annastacia Palaszczuk's Government to lower the Classification because this act created the Worst Environmental Disaster in our History to save money, it was because the Government had no clue how to deal with these materials so they simply decided to give up.
Now under environmental Law, it is illegal for you to cause an Environmental Disaster either by your actions which Clearly they did or By your failure to take action which again they clearly did, Buy my Question is who made this call Because logically these Premiers did not just jump out of bed one day and go hey let's go into work and destroy 4 to 6 million hectares of land per year?
Or did they? I guess we will have to wait for the fires to kill enough Children and their families for it to be serious, or another Billion animals?
Now because of COVID and the constant Government line about trusting us, then these facts really bring into focus about the questions of why did we not pay attention to the Facts, oh that is right because we should listen to the Scientists?
But since 2016 no one has said anything because the 3 levels of Government removed all funding, all operational practices except for the Corruption ones with Not for profits run by Ex Council and Ex-State Government employees? the same people with no knowledge sucking Billions Australia wide out of the corruption.
SO why am I banging on again about these facts?
I am glad you asked, it's because our National Parks is being used to meet United Nations Demands for 15 % increase of land destroyed per year for a Fake Climate Change initiative. So if you are like many and live on the land around a National Park then you live the nightmare every day of corruption and incompetence like K'Gari being allowed to burn and the Destruction of 75 % of the island's unique world heritage listed wonders?
The Greatest threat today on a large scale to Human life and Flora and Fauna is National Parks Australia wide and to examine this you only need access to look at Lantana Camara rivers flowing illegally throughout the parks and onto your lands.
SO the good question is these rivers flow onto every indigenous site of Cultural significance, every environmentally significant site downslope and downstream? and it is all illegal then who is responsible because if you asked National Parks 5 years ago and were told in writing that they have no money to protect these lands and the assets within them, which I must warn you is not a Legal defense in our Courts.
SO who was the police in this, well one is Biosecurity, then the police are the Councils across the nation but the corruption here is insane. The expansion of these materials conservatively is around $100 Billion per year and not one scientist said a word about it because there is no money in it.
This picture is just one of the costs of Lantana Camara rivers flowing out of National Parks because the deadly ticks here line the edges of these materials and kill everything that goes past because nothing lives in or under it.
SO as these materials flow down from the ridgelines and follow the water all the way to the sea and offshore islands Like K'gari (Fraser Island) then we see how illegal it was to turn you back on the worst material in Australia, and this is while they were saying there are far worse weeds?
The problem is with Billions of tons of materials that burn like petrol Green, being illegally flushed down your Waterways from every range then the fires that follow these materials will only ever get worse until we deal with these materials before the fire does.
So if you value your Children's lives then you need to act against Annastacia Palaszczuk's Government and the opposition and the same in NSW before the next fires come flushing out of the National Parks above you and you lose everything.
With no equal in the world in this material and the level of Corruption rampant, Then I am being asked as an Indigenous Elder to tour lands around properties to map and log these illegal infestations, so get together and raise some money to fund this so that we can itemize the threats to you and your animals, Your Assets before they are burned out from under you and help protect these lands before they are lost because all the goodwill after the destruction accounts for absolutely nothing.
WE must take action immediately today so these things are there for tomorrow and our children.

SO should you trust National Parks or TMR when they say they have no money to meet their legal obligations? Then tell me what the scientists won't answer, this material flowing illegally since 2016 can be easily calculated, then that mass costs how much?
then what was the plan here? Nothing stands in its path at all so if you at a lower elevation then it will flood down and the fires will follow the fuel?
So in 2024, everyone is out of the Parks, All revenue is now being removed from National Parks today? so an organization that could not afford its legal obligations will pay for Maitainence and operations how? I have all the keys to take this to them before your family pays the ultimate price.
It's time that we asked the questions that they won't answer, and remember it's not them that stand in the fire paths. They do not suffer the Consequences and we must eradicate Lantana Camara and not allow money wasted in Mulching, Slashing, Spreading.

One of the biggest problems with being an indigenous Elder is the Science that is owned by either Government or Big business that is currently destroying around 4 to 6 million hectares of land every year which the United Nations pretends is not happening, but while they continue to talk about Climate Change.
With Viruses and other issues currently surrounding us and the total destruction of our Economies, and calls to trust science and facts then it's very hard to ignore the Scientific facts around Lantana Camara which is the single greatest environmental disaster in Australia's history.
Our Heritage and our Culture has no equal in Australia in regards to our history of land protection. Scientists are experts at creating Hypothisises and making things up about what they do not understand or have no active connection with. Indigenous elders on the other hand have a continuous heritage of Knowledge passed down through oral and practiced land management. Our line is the oldest living culture on the planet and we actually lived in these lands actively practicing until removal from Country at the point of a Gun.
SO the real question of environmental management is why are the scientist that works for the Government so silent on the continuous expansion of Lantana Camara across all lands at a lower elevation?
The fires will never stop increasing because of Lantana Camara being illegally released of All Crown lands at elevations above us?
This is a fact and undeniable since I was the first person to prove in 2018 that the seeds floated, now that is a pretty impressive achievement for an Indigenous elder when scientists had been working on this since around 1900. Actually, I have no equal in the world on this subject and for over 40 years I have been the only one eradicating it.
Then the real questions about this environmental Catasptrophe relate to why did Annastacia Palaszczuk and the NSW Premier illegally alter the Classification on Lantana Camara around 2016 and create the worst ecological disaster in Australia's History? and even more interesting is if scientists were moral people then why did not one of them raise this issue? Remember one thing here, it's illegal for anyone to cause an Environmental disaster by either their actions or their failure to act and these two people and the Prime Ministers created this illegally.
Because we are connected to our Country we have fought so hard to try to protect our lands from this destruction but for the last 200 odd years we have been powerless to speak out against these crimes but I am now taking this war directly to these people so that history knows how they did this and when they did it and most importantly our Children know who did this.
As the Scientists were aware that these materials illegally flooded down off all Crown lands infested then why did they not tell you this was the real cause of the insane fires we have seen over the years since 2016 and they will explode from now until finally, we deal with this as a Nation that is united instead of divided as the Governments want us.
Because I have no equal in the world in Lantana Camara eradication or understanding of animals around these materials and 60 Nations around the world are being overrun then why have the United Nations never said a word about this apocalypse?
They pretty much own more scientists than anyone else and many of these nations are the poorest in the world so soon food production will become impossible of so many farmlands! !!
So be very careful in listening to Governments spreading fear while the facts don't match what they say or the blood on their hands in the destruction of all Scared sites, Environmentally significant sites, sites not yet consumed?
SO make sure you do not buy land already infested without spending the money to have a proper quote done by the worlds only expert in eradication so you know the real cost, and never allow your lands to be consumed by others illegally from above while you wait for the fires to flow down these streams if illegally released Materials.

SO being an indigneous elder and with over 40 + years in permanent eradication then no one has fought harder to bring this to the people who do care and to expose the truth about the scale of expansion that is Australia's worst Environmental Disaster in our History.
The Councils are set up as the fall guys for the State and Federal Governments and are actually the police who have been turning their backs on you and the law for at least 2 decades and more, but their actions are the cause of the fires that consume or homes and our lands, the fires that kill our people and our animals.
the worst part of this is the truth is it's always been illegal and for over 4 years now they are on record lying about it. But the fact that they knew all along what their future was for us, our Children and our Lands is the most horrendous betrayal of our nation so be very careful to trust anything that our Government claims. The fires will eventually be the undeniable proof of the scale of Corruption and illegal operations that caused this collapse across 4 to 6 million Hectares a year which is 10 to 15 times more than the total area of land clearing which the United Nations states are the key influencer of Climate Change? and Habitat loss, flora and Fauna destruction, and extinction and yet we lost 20 Million Hectares this time last year and how many lives because of these materials illegally released off Crown lands.

This is happening throughout our entire nation and we had better wake up to see the Destruction claimed in Climate Change, extreme weather, Bushfires, and Bogus Royal Commissions.
When Governments who we created to perform jobs and tasks suddenly becomes the masters of the people and do not answer to Environmental laws, Biosecurity Laws that were created for the protection of Our lands, Our Health and Safety, our Children's and our Futures then we have entered a very dangerous world and the Monster has absolutely no fear of being dealt with by the courts that they control or answering to the police that they control.
Through the entire Virus, we all heard about we are all in this together rubbish, The 3 Levels of Government and its employees are a group all to themselves, the workers cannot tell you the truth and they have no moral conscience. Look at Lantana Camara it's the complete exclusion of all animals in Stage 2 and Stage 3 infestations, but then look further this material burns like petrol and it ranges between 4,000 to 15,000 cubic meters per acre in these steep terrains in National Parks throughout Queensland and NSW illegally released into the environment and the Ministers and Premiers responsible fear no one, the do not fear the Courts or the Police, they do not fear National Parks Rangers from blowing the whistle or National Parks and State Forest Management from Exposing the scale of these crimes at all.
You cannot destroy Millions of Hectares every year unless you control the Department Heads of Biosecurity, Councils, National Parks, TMR/ Main Roads, and all other departments who are criminals in this nightmare.
You need to Create groups like Land Care, Not for Profits, and NGO's which you control with Funding to pull this nightmare off. It is illegal to release this material into the environment, yet these Government Controlled organizations lie to the public calling it Naturalized and Low risk or even Very low Risk, Interestingly Premiers have stated that Nowhere have they ever called it low risk and Nowhere IN THEIR BIOSECURITY ACTS 2014 and 2015 does it use the term low risk?
But you would have to have the Prime Minister in on this scam for it to really work, in 2018 the head of Landcare was appointed to The Head of Biosecurity at a Federal level and then its complete destruction of all lands overrun by Lantana Camara and the fires they create.
But the second and third wave is where the real Climate change happens with Fires caused by Lantana Camara as History has shown and 200 years of research proved scientifically but they never need to worry about the Courts or the People or the police controlled by them? or do they?
Fires are the most simple of Beasts and don't let anyone tell you differently, its simply Oxygen, Fuel, and heat and there is nothing at all complex about it.
You cannot have monster fires without monster fuel loads, This is not failures in hazard reduction burns when you illegally release Lantana Camara into watercourses off roads and High elevation infestations inside of National Parks which I can prove to you from my desk and it's all illegally grown. When you Understand I have no equal in the world in Lantana Camara eradication and Knowledge then you can easily be shown on computer Millions of Hectares of these National Parks and State Forest infestations over a 12 year period released into the environment, Increasing illegally on the lands they are on, (Crown Lands) and then illegally flowing in water from those lands down every single waterway leaving the infestations then how much control does it take to illegally do this?
What sort of morals do the people who got paid to protect the lands they controlled really have? what about the fires that come from materials that burn like petrol and infest incredibly steep terrains? Unprecedented because we have never had these levels of corruption before and they are growing bolder all the time.
Access to these lands are being taken away because of the illegally run departments who had a duty to the public to protect these lands they are destroying, they actually had legal obligations to go to the Premiers and Prime Ministers and DEMAND the monies to meet their legal obligations.
The Real Questions are why did they not do their jobs, why are we paying people for jobs they are no performing and why do we not jail criminals for this? National Parks and TMR/ Main Roads staff are employed to meet legal outcomes and they have qualifications to meet that job description so why are they not accountable for the destruction and the fires? why does Biosecurity QLD and NSW refuse to meet on-site to discuss these illegal outcomes? why do Councils refuse to meet at these sites and discuss this? they are who the Premiers Blame for this mess, they state that its the Councils jobs to access Crown lands, inspect and issue breach notices, so why have they never done this?
I offered the Premiers and Prime Ministers the guided tour of these illegal operations over the last 3 years, I also included the Ministers and opposition leaders and their Ag Ministers, I offered the Greens and Climate Change Groups and to date Zero have been to any site.
Only one Reporter for the ABC has ever taken any time to meet and discuss these criminal issues that cause unprecedented fires and they are exactly that because we have never had so much corruption over so many departments all leading back to the top and we have never had this over such a long period of time.
The fires and costs will continue to explode around us and the Deaths of the animals before the fires is way above those actually killed when the fires arrive which sounds strange but they were excluded over 20 to 50 million hectares before the fires and that then compressed them into much smaller areas which were then decimated even more because the intensity caused by the Lantana Camara increased so dramatically and was added to by Dieback in our forests by the Bell Miner birds which are another horror story in our Bush.

The questions for the media are why have they never exposed or researched the Scale of these crimes in National Parks and State Forests.
Why have they never checked out the Costs related to these Crimes? or the Biosecurity Act 2014 requirements that these departments breached?
The Councils and Biosecurity Qld and NSW colluded with these Departments to breach both Environmental Law and the Biosecurity Act 2014 and 2015?
When you start to see the scale of these infestations that can clearly now be tracked from your computer as well as their paths down through all environmentally sensitive areas for decades then the scale of this disaster causing massive climate change issues.
Then the question is why the cover-up and lack of attention, does the public not deserve their protection from the fires or the Costs related to their lands being illegally invaded by the Largest Land managers in our Nation?
Now that the Films are getting to the people and the questions are being asked then sooner or later the Public will either be dying in the massive fires or the costs from them, and the questions will be why did the media never want to do a story that leads all the way to the Premiers and Prime Ministers who knew of this for the last 3 years but refused to take action against these departments.

I have finally won the Largest Environmental Corruption issue ever, I now have started action through the CCC with the evidence from the Premiers of QLD and NSW knowing that The Councils have been operating illegally in Refusing to take action against the Criminals in TMR, National Parks, Water Board, and all other State Government entities. it was time to finally step it up to bring them to justice and show the public just how the Corruption was put in place.
The Biosecurity Act 2014 was very clear about the intention that it was created for and that was the protection of the environment, your Communities, and your Health and well being which is also to include economic health and stability.
SO the Departments of National Parks and TMR both claimed no money of funding which they knew was illegal, they knew that the Biosecurity Act does not accept this and under section 263 of the act, the Councils and Biosecurity Departments in QLD and NSW were responsible for inspections and Breach Notices. Interestingly here the courts were already aware of the Legal requirements here and this was the reason I involved the Attorney Generals office and Minister, I believed that she was responsible for taking action against Mr. Mark Furner and the Premier but no action was ever taken on these massive Aggravated offices in the area of Billions of Dollars each year.
Watch for more videos that will shortly be out explaining exactly how they achieved these crimes and how many other departments failed to protect or lands and the environment.
You will be shocked I am sure at the scale, the costs and the number of criminals involved? I certainly am looking forward to seeing how the media acts and the CCC considering the timeline that this corruption has been weaved into our nations Biosecurity Criminals who ran Land care, then onto Federal Biosecurity at which time they were fully aware of their legal obligations to stamp out the corruption but it only came unglued because of my work over the past 4 years.
