Dr. John de Groot AM recently had the privilege of presenting at the Central Queensland Law Association's annual conference in Rockhampton.

His insightful paper on the latest developments in Family Provision applications sparked valuable discussions among the 110 delegates in attendance, including esteemed members of the local Bar and members of the Bench.

de Groots Publishing was proud to support the event as a silver sponsor, with the opportunity of showcasing our latest resources in estate law.

The conference fostered deep conversations on both ethics and estate law, and it was a fantastic opportunity for John to connect with subscribers to his service – Wills Probate and Administration Practice (Queensland) – widely regarded as an excellent guide to Will preparation, estate administration and estate litigation issues and practice.
