If you're wanting quick, healthy food in Nerang, try Oki Japanese in Lavelle Street. For lunch, they sell bowls of salad, rice and protein. My favourite is the Black rice salad bowl with salmon and sesame dressing. It's laden with vegetable goodness and is super tasty .food

A shout out to the team at Pooches & Pastries who were open for coffee this morning. After Christmas Day shenanigans, Emerald Lakes residents were out in force catching up with friends. I'd had an early morning appointment so a matcha hit the spot.
It was so good to see a local cafe thinking about what locals might need! Bravo

Sometimes we duck away for a casual lunch - nothing fancy, just fabulous fresh food. This is Ohana, a spot in Carrara where Japanese food meets everyday prices. Simple, nutritious and delicious. Give it a go!
